We treat where they live
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.

Al Rawasi is a small mixed district on the hills east of Jeddah, shops on lower floors and flats above them on the same stone foundation. Bed bugs travel easily between shops and homes, and the old stone floors and deep foundations offer wide shelter for bugs that demands thorough inspection and special treatment methods.
Deep stone foundations and mixed sandy soil allow moisture to seep up from below, settling in bathrooms and kitchens as a grey film that coats the bases and grooves. For the method itself, see the full bed bug treatment page.
Buildings built on natural rock do not sit on simple flat concrete slabs, but on stone foundations riddled with deep holes and cracks below ground level. Bed bugs descend into these gaps and hide in stone layers at a depth that surface sprays cannot reach. Treatment must enter directly into these cavities and crevices where bugs shelter safely from outside spray.
In a mixed district, the shop that receives customers daily may carry bed bugs from surrounding streets and pass them to the flat above through the shared stairwell and entry. A flat above a market stall, pharmacy or cafe faces repeated re-infestation unless the shop is treated at the same time as the residence.
Moisture rising from the stone foundations creates a damp environment on lower floors. Bed bugs thrive in moisture and breed faster in it, so treatment must address dampness at the same time, or the bugs survive and multiply even after the chemical treatment.
A small district in east Jeddah built on natural stone with rocky terrain and deep foundations, home and shop combined in the same structure, close to Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Qaws.
Inspection starts from the shared entry and stairwell, then moves to cracks in the stone around foundation walls and floors that may harbour bugs migrating from the shop below.
Mattress and frame seams need careful treatment while watching for rising dampness from beneath the floor that makes seams wetter and bugs cling harder.
Cracks in natural stone and gaps between foundations get direct deep treatment, because bed bugs hide in them at depths that require injecting material straight into the crevices.
Carpet edges and heavy curtains that absorb moisture from the foundations offer safe shelter, and treatment reaches under the carpet and behind damp drapes.
Eggs are shielded in upholstery seams and stone crevices, and one treatment cannot reach them all, so a follow up visit is essential for success.
The second visit ten days later catches newly hatched bed bugs emerging from protected eggs, and confirms the infestation is ended and not returning from the shop.
Before anything is applied, we inspect the seams, frame joints, headboard and skirting to locate the harborage points.
Visible bugs and eggs in reachable spots are removed physically first, which lowers the population immediately and makes the treatment work on less.
Applied into the seams, joints and cracks where they actually shelter, not misted across the open mattress where they never sit during the day.
We work outward from the bed to the surrounding furniture and skirting, because by the time you notice them they have usually started to spread.
Washing and hot-drying bedding, clearing clutter and keeping the layout stable between passes is half the result.
Eggs are shielded and survive the first treatment.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means bed bugs may come from the shop below or from shop customers who later visit neighbouring flats, so treatment needs a full look at all sources of infestation before work begins.
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.
We do not pretend one visit ends it.
The company runs a large crew, and the team arrives with the materials and a plan for the layout, so the whole affected area is handled in the visit.
If it is early and contained we say so, and if it is advanced we say that too.

The commitment is one you can hold us to: an honest read of the situation, and no work or cost added without telling you first.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
