We treat where they live
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.

Al Mulaisa is a new subdivision in south Jeddah along Al Lith Road, barely beginning to be built, with mostly undivided land plots rather than finished homes. Gaps and cavities left by construction are direct pathways for bed bugs before they are sealed or closed.
Construction is just beginning and completed homes are very few, and gaps and openings around the new plots have not yet been sealed. For the method itself, see our bed bug treatment service in detail.
New construction beginning on site leaves large unsealed gaps around foundations and walls. Bed bugs enter through these cavities easily and hide in cracks from new building work. Treating these gaps is core to the plan.
Subdivided residential plots are surrounded by large stretches of open land, where bed bugs live and enter new properties through gaps. The vacant land surrounding each plot is a source of re-infestation.
The district is still being developed and fencing and boundaries between new plots remain incomplete. Bed bugs travel between properties easily because there are no natural barriers between them.
Al Mulaisa takes its name from a municipal branch office, but the district itself remains in the earliest stages of development with only recently subdivided residential plots.
Inspection focuses on gaps and cavities created by emerging construction work around foundations and walls.
Mattress and bed seams are treated, but gaps around the plot boundary and incomplete borders take priority.
Cracks from new building work receive careful treatment, and gaps around the foundation must be sealed afterwards.
Room perimeter and carpet edges are treated, but external gaps around the new foundation are the main bed bug pathways.
Egg-reaching treatment penetrates deep gaps and cavities left by emerging construction.
Follow-up visits confirm bed bugs have not returned from vacant land or neighbouring properties.
Before anything is applied, we inspect the seams, frame joints, headboard and skirting to locate the harborage points.
Visible bugs and eggs in reachable spots are removed physically first, which lowers the population immediately and makes the treatment work on less.
Applied into the seams, joints and cracks where they actually shelter, not misted across the open mattress where they never sit during the day.
We work outward from the bed to the surrounding furniture and skirting, because by the time you notice them they have usually started to spread.
Washing and hot-drying bedding, clearing clutter and keeping the layout stable between passes is half the result.
Eggs are shielded and survive the first treatment.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
New development means gaps and cavities from building work are open directly to bed bugs, and plot boundaries are missing so they travel easily. Treatment focuses on sealing gaps as much as the treatment itself.
The result comes from reaching the seams, joints and cracks, not from how much is sprayed.
We do not pretend one visit ends it.
The company runs a large crew, and the team arrives with the materials and a plan for the layout, so the whole affected area is handled in the visit.
If it is early and contained we say so, and if it is advanced we say that too.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is one you can hold us to: an honest read of the situation, and no work or cost added without telling you first.
In Al Mulaisa along Al Lith Road and the Ring Road, the district is being developed with plots scattered across vacant land. Treatment is organised around the new plot layout and open gaps between them.
We provide these in Al Mulaisa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
