The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Um Hablain East is a residential district in east Jeddah in the general area near King Abdulaziz International Airport, one of the simpler quarters with relatively newer streets. Housing is mixed: villas and flats with shops on ground floors. Bathrooms trap high airport moisture and winds carrying kerosene smoke and fine metallic dust from aircraft, and taps carry scale from heavy water.
Bathrooms near the airport trap high humidity from constant aircraft operations and kerosene combustion, and furniture and curtains retain the smell of fuel for a long time. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
The airport is close and aircraft take off and land near by, kerosene combustion raises humidity and fine metal particles enter bathrooms causing fuel smell and a thin grey layer on mirrors and glass from smoke.
Water in the airport area is very mineral-heavy, scale forms fast on taps and shower heads faster than elsewhere in Jeddah, and sediment in old pipes from years of buildup reduces water pressure.
Housing is mixed and many flats sit above shops that add extra humidity, combined with airport dampness the bathroom stays damp even with ventilation running.

Floors are ceramic or cement with a thin grey layer of kerosene smoke. We use a degreaser product.
Taps and mixers carry heavy scale from mineral-rich water. We soak with a strong product.
Grout is black from mould and constant damp. We work deep and dry well.
Mirrors and glass have grey dust from kerosene smoke. We use a degreaser.
Toilet, basin and bath have black marks from grime and mould. We use a suited product.
Floor drain has a strong smell from damp and mould. We clean deep with a degreaser.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district near the airport means the bathroom might sit above a shop that adds moisture, plus airport humidity and kerosene contamination. Cleaning needs specialist products that remove both grease and deep mould.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
We reach Um Hablain East via the roads around King Abdulaziz International Airport and near Mareekh Mountains, and the district connects to the Haramain High Speed Railway on the western side, so we know the different routes and streets based on where your home sits.
We provide these in Um Hablain East too, and more than one can share a single visit.
