The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Majid is a small simple residential district in east Jeddah near University of Jeddah Road and Wadi Al Ghawla. One of a cluster of small neighbouring simple districts. Building is older with small flats. Humidity from the wadi is high. Hard water and proximity to the wadi mean limescale and mould appear fast.
The district is simple and building is older. Proximity to the wadi brings constant dampness. New taps need frequent cleaning from limescale. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Al Majid sits near Wadi Al Ghawla and wadi moisture rises from below ground. Bathrooms stay damp and mould grows in grout lines and corners fast. Deep cleaning dries everything but the wadi brings new moisture continuously.
Water here is very hard and limescale deposits on taps and shower heads fast. Even a brand new fitting has a layer within weeks. Deposits are thick and we must soak and remove them with care.
The district is simple and building is older, with ceramic and marble worn soft by age. We cannot use strong products, we test first and clean with care and patience.
A small residential district in east Jeddah within the built up area extending toward Asfan. One of the districts with simple residential character, in the general area close to University of Jeddah Road and Wadi Al Ghawla.
Surfaces are old and soft from persistent wadi moisture, we test them first before any strong product.
Limescale on taps and shower heads is thick from hard water, we soak it deeply and remove it with care.
Grout lines are black from wadi moisture and mould, we work each joint separately and do not scrub hard.
Glass and mirrors have layers of limescale, mould and moisture, we choose the right product for each layer.
Bath, basin and toilet are cleaned inside and out, underside and corners may have mould from dampness.
Drain may be slow and wadi brings moisture from below ground, we clear the drain and dry every corner.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The district mixes shops and housing, and shops below flats mean extra moisture from commercial activity. Bathrooms above shops are darker and damper than those in detached properties.
We provide these in Al Majid too, and more than one can share a single visit.
