The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Petromin is a popular quarter in south Jeddah beside the oil refinery. Simple housing and small apartments were rebuilt as part of the city's slum clearance and replanning programme. The air carries refinery smell year-round and is often humid. Bathrooms trap this air and moisture together, and the housing, though recent, shows accumulated deposits in the grout lines and drains.
Bathrooms here hold industrial smell from the refinery and retain moisture heavily, and while the housing is relatively recent, grout and drains show deep deposits because polluted and humid air combine. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Petromin sits directly beside the Jeddah refinery in south Jeddah. Industrial smell is present in the air year-round. The closed bathroom traps this air and moisture together. Daily wiping never reaches the smell source in the drain and grout lines. Deep drain cleaning and grout sanitising reduce smell significantly, though air quality itself is not a cleaning issue.
The housing is recent from the replanning scheme but has received no regular maintenance. Moisture and polluted air together have worked deep into the grout. Layers of mould and smell have built up. It needs long soaking and line-by-line cleaning to restore it.
Drains in simple housing are often old or narrow. Refinery air mixes with drain smell and sits heavy. Cleaning the drain internally, sanitising it, and leaving it completely dry reduces the trapped smell dramatically.

We test ceramic and any marble surfaces first because simple housing may have mixed surfaces and some are older.
Scale here is mixed with air pollutants, so it needs a strong descaler and long soaking.
Grout is black from mould and pollutants combined, requiring a specialist brush and sanitising after cleaning.
Mirror and glass may have a haze from air pollutants, so we use a slightly stronger cleaner and a soft squeegee.
Old sanitary ware may show black rust and heavy scale. Our cleaning removes it, even if the shine is not fully restored.
The drain here traps heavy smell from pollutants and moisture combined, so we sanitise it thoroughly and leave it dry as long as possible.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Petromin is located directly beside the Jeddah Refinery in south Jeddah on Al Nujoom Roundabout, and work reaches the simple homes and small apartment blocks through Al Falah Road from the roundabout into the inner residential zones.
We provide these in Petromin too, and more than one can share a single visit.
