The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Ruwais is an old district in central Jeddah west of Madinah Road near the Corniche, where ageing apartment blocks stand beside newer buildings, Hail Street has life but older quarters are under redevelopment. Floors are terrazzo or older ceramic, worn smooth from long use but easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street.
Old pipework leaves rust stains in basins and drains, and scale built up over years does not shift with daily wiping. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Al Ruwais is an old district, and taps and drains carry thick deposits built up over years. Daily wiping does not touch them. We need strong acid and patience to soak them. It may take an hour or longer, and very old scale may not come off completely without damaging the metal underneath.
Old pipework corrodes from inside. Basins and the bathroom floor carry brown staining from rust. That is not dirt, it is rust from the water itself. Filtration may remove some, but deep staining may remain because it comes from the pipes.
Madinah Road and Hail Street carry fine black dust. Carpets and curtains trap it and need frequent washing. The bathroom gets dirty faster than in quiet areas.

In Al Ruwais, we check surfaces first because old scale may have etched the material.
Heavy deposits need longer soaking and repetition, not hard scrubbing. We let the product work.
Grout lines carry both mould and black dust together. We treat each line with a specialist product.
Glass and mirrors may carry rust staining from old pipes. We clean them carefully.
Old sanitaryware is sensitive. We clean deeply but carefully around paint and rust marks.
Drain treatment is essential. Old pipes trap odours and accumulate debris.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Al Ruwais sits about 1.5 km from Al Sharafiyah and about 2 km from Al Baghdadiyah West.

We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ruwais too, and more than one can share a single visit.
