The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Rawasi is a residential district in east Jeddah within the urban sprawl extending eastward, shops at street level with homes above them, sitting near the belt of valleys and hills. The air is relatively dry but the dust is coarse and dark. The bathroom needs deep cleaning because moisture trapped in a flat surrounded by others breeds mould in grout lines and leaves grey deposits on wet surfaces. Grey dust and sediment compound each other, and daily wiping does not reach the film beneath.
Bathrooms here suffer thick grey film in basins and grout turns black fast because moisture is trapped in flats surrounded by other homes with limited air flow. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Dust here is coarse and dark from the ground and hills, does not blow far but travels on feet and clothes. When it reaches the wet bathroom it sticks fast and forms a grey film that is hard to wipe. Daily cleaning is not enough because moisture underneath traps the dust against the surface.
A flat surrounded by others and shops below prevents natural air flow. Moisture stays trapped and mould grows undisturbed without moving air to dry it. Every grout line becomes a place where mould and moisture breed.
Water stored high in tanks settles gradually into basins. If the water is hard and mixed with dry dust it forms a thick grey film. Soaking and individual treatment of each fixture is necessary.
Al Rawasi lies close to the Mareekh Mountains and Wadi Al Qaws near the Haramain High Speed Railway, characterised by coarse dry dust from open ground and the surrounding hills.
Surfaces here are mixed between ceramic, terrazzo and possibly simple marble. We test each surface with a safe product before starting work.
Taps are usually basic and carry light to moderate scale mixed with grey dust from the dry air.
Black grout comes from trapped moisture with no air flow. Deep soaking is necessary before gentle cleaning suited to grout type.
Glass and mirrors may be basic fixtures, so we use gentle product that does not scratch when polished.
Bath and toilet are simple ceramic or terrazzo, so we focus on removing the grey film of sediment and dust carefully.
Drains and ventilation are often weak here. We check the fan and outlet and advise improvements before finishing.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The district is mixed with flats surrounded by others on every side, so moisture stays trapped and mould grows fast. Cleaning must address both trapped humidity and grey dust together, not just visible surfaces.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
