The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Nakheel is a mixed district in east Jeddah with apartments, villas and recent housing schemes spread between Palestine Road and King Abdullah Branch Road. Bathrooms here suffer from high humidity and rapid limescale build-up; hard water deposits accumulate on taps and glass faster than in other neighbourhoods, and mould thrives in grout and silicone.
Bathrooms in the new flats and villas of Al Nakheel need deep cleaning sooner than most areas because hard water deposits fast and high humidity drives mould into grout lines within weeks of new build completion. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Taps, basins and glass in Al Nakheel develop thick limescale at an unusually fast pace. Brand new villas and apartments gleam at first but deposits cover every surface within weeks. White and brass fittings turn grey from scale; this cycle happens faster here than in neighbouring districts.
The district has high residential density with flats and villas built close together, and bathrooms trap moisture from showers and washing. Air does not move fast enough to dry surfaces, and mould colonises grout lines, corners and silicone sealant around baths quickly.
Silicone around the bath and basin turns black very quickly in this neighbourhood. Grout between tiles starts to darken even in brand new villas within weeks of occupancy. Hard water and high humidity work together to accelerate mould growth in these vulnerable lines and seals.
Al Nakheel sits in eastern Jeddah between Palestine Road and King Abdullah Branch Road, bordered by Al Waha to the north, Al Naseem to the west and Abruq Al Raghamah to the south. The district has Al Nakhil Park, a walking promenade, mosques and a health centre serving residents.
We test marble, ceramic and metal surfaces first because heavy scale here may need careful handling on soft and delicate finishes common in new villas.
Limescale deposits on metal taps and pipes are thick, so we use targeted descaler and allow it time to work before rinsing to avoid etching or marking sensitive surfaces.
Grout lines between tiles are black from mould and moisture combined; we work on each line individually and do not skip any, as the pattern of mould is dense and widespread.
Glass and mirrors are cloudy from mixed scale and mould; we work gently because surrounding metalwork is often new and easily marked by aggressive cleaning methods.
Bath, basin and toilet need internal and external attention; silicone seals need special care because mould has penetrated deeply and will return fast if not thoroughly cleared.
Drains and ventilation openings must be completely clear because high humidity here clogs pipes with biofilm quickly if water does not flow freely and air cannot escape.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Nakheel spans from Palestine Road to King Abdullah Branch Road, with Al Nakhil Park at its heart guiding access to the district, and the Al Nakhil Promenade connecting residential zones and making movement between service areas straightforward for scheduling and coordination.
We provide these in Al Nakheel too, and more than one can share a single visit.
