The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Muzayria is a new subdivision in Obhur Al Shamaliyah north Jeddah, one of the newest planned districts, surrounded by vacant land and ongoing construction. Dust from excavation and building works enters the bathroom daily, and water from new supply tanks leaves thick limescale. Villas here are brand new, but continuous construction around them means bathrooms do not stay clean for long.
New villas with marble and porcelain floors are clean today, but building around the district raises fresh dust each morning, and mineral deposits from new water supply return quickly. For the method itself, see how we approach bathroom cleaning.
Vacant land and excavation around Al Muzayria release fine dust that penetrates windows and cracks every day. Continuous building in the scheme and neighbouring plots means fresh dust is always arriving. Even new villas with new windows and doors cannot keep construction dust completely out.
New tanks filling the scheme contain mineral-rich water, and deposits on taps and glass are thick and hard. Scale from water that has sat unused in closed tanks for months is different from aged city water, harsher and more resistant to removal.
Landscaping under irrigation uses mineral-rich water from the start, and spray drifts through open windows leaving white rings. Fresh supply water for new scheme gardens is stronger than watering in old districts because it comes from sealed closed tanks with no evaporation loss.
A newly released housing subdivision surrounded by land still under development and scattered building activity, with internal roads and utilities still being constructed, creating constant dust generation.
New marble and porcelain surfaces in Al Muzayria are very soft and delicate, and careful testing is essential before scrubbing.
Limescale from new water supply is harsh and thick, and removal must use a strong agent but one safe on soft new marble.
Grout lines trap fine construction dust, and gentle cleaning is needed because new ceramic tile is fragile.
Glass and mirrors return to clarity easily, but irrigation rings may be heavy from mineral-rich new supply water.
Ceramic and bath are brand new and trapped sand requires careful removal to keep the pristine surface unmarked.
The drainage system is new and relatively clear, though construction dust may lodge in new pipes.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Active construction means the bathroom never reaches completion; it needs continuous care from dust arriving daily. New materials and soft surfaces demand gentle treatment, not aggressive cleaning, and dust protection matters more than heavy cleaning intensity.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Muzayria sits near Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road, close to Abhor Mall which serves the new district, and bathroom work is organised according to each villa's position relative to the main roads and the developing scheme.
We provide these in Al Muzayria too, and more than one can share a single visit.
