The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Muhammar is a small simple residential district in east Jeddah towards Asfan, surrounded by open ground and ring roads. The air is drier than the coastal zone and dust is coarser and paler. It works in under doors and settles on every surface before sunrise. Bathrooms get dirty from dry dust and particles rather than humidity, and hard water leaves thick scale on taps.
Bathrooms here get dirty from dry dust more than from damp, and ceramic tile scratches easily from fine grit if swept and mopped the wrong way, leaving pale scratch lines. For the method itself, see the full bathroom cleaning page.
Al Muhammar lies in dry east Jeddah far from the sea. Dust here is fine and coarse together, paler than coastal dust. It enters under doors and windows at night and settles on the floor and tile. We sweep the dust first, then mop deeply so we do not drag grit across the ceramic and scratch it.
Floors are mostly ceramic tile and the dust contains coarse grains from the desert. Mopping directly over the dust leaves pale scratch lines on the tile. We sweep first, then mop with clean water, then apply cleaner, so the grit never drags across the surface.
Al Muhammar may depend on roof tanks for water supply. Tank water carries fine grey sediment, mainly sand. It leaves a grey film on the basin, toilet and sanitary fittings. We clean it with a specialist descaler that removes the sediment without harming the surface.
A simple residential district within the Taibah sub-municipality area of east Jeddah, close to the University of Jeddah Stadium and road, part of a cluster of small neighbouring quarters with straightforward housing.
We test the ceramic before sweeping because coarse dust may leave lines if the floor is older or the glaze is weak.
We clean scale on the tap with a strong descaler, but fine grit may leave a faint mark if the pipes are old.
Grout lines collect fine dust more than moisture, so we treat them with a soft brush rather than a stiff one.
Mirror and glass are relatively clean of limescale because the air is dry, but dust may leave a faint film on them.
Basin and toilet may have a grey film from roof tank water. We remove it with a descaler that leaves the surface bright.
The drain in dry bathrooms is cleaner than in damp ones but may trap dust and fine sediment, so we sanitise it and leave it dry.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.

We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Muhammar lies on the University of Jeddah Road with the University Stadium to the east and south, and work reaches the villas and small apartment buildings through these roads from Asfan Road as the main approach.
We provide these in Al Muhammar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
