The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Jawharah is a mixed district in south Jeddah beside the Makkah Expressway, where villas and apartments sit next to car sales, repair shops and service workshops. Bathrooms here breathe air laden with engine oils and workshop fumes. Grout lines darken fast from this polluted air and scale builds thick on taps where water sits longest.
Grout lines here blacken from engine oil and metal dust faster than from mould alone, and basins and baths accumulate thick deposits at speed. For the method itself, see our guide to bathroom cleaning.
Al Jawharah is surrounded by car repair shops, workshops and service stations. This air carries engine oil mist, metal dust and combustion fumes. When this air enters the bathroom, it deposits on every surface and lodges in grout. Surface wiping is not enough; deep cleaning must remove oils from inside the pore structure.
Light oils from the air settle on grout and walls. These oily layers block natural ventilation and trap moisture underneath. Mould grows far faster under an oily film than on bare wet surfaces. Al Jawharah cleaning requires an oil remover first, then a mould treatment, in two separate steps.
Street level shops and continuous repair activity bring trucks, customers and daily dust from maintenance and testing. This dust enters every flat and shop with no air barrier. Bathrooms without air seals receive this dust directly into the grout lines.

Surfaces here carry a light oil film before cleaning, so we test products on a hidden spot first to ensure they will not leave an oily residue.
Oils deposit on taps and fittings, so we use a specialist oil remover before descaler to clear the oily layer underneath the scale.
Grout contains mould mixed with oils, so we remove oils first and mould second, in separate steps, not combined into one.
Glass and mirrors carry light oily layers under the transparency, so we use strong glass cleaner that removes oils before we wipe to clarity.
Toilets and basins accumulate mixed deposits of scale and oil, so we apply strong descaler first and the oils come away with it.
Drainage carries trapped oil smell from polluted air, so ventilation after cleaning is essential to disperse the smell that settles during the work.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.

We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Jawharah sits on the Makkah Expressway between Al Jawhara Walkway that serves the neighbourhood and Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium used by the local community. Bathrooms here need specialist care because air from the workshops and shops carries heavy oil residue into the building.
We provide these in Al Jawharah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
