A team arrives together
We send a team, not a single person, so rooms are cleaned in parallel and the whole home is finished in one visit instead of stretched across days.
Al Jawharah is a modern district in south Jeddah beside the Makkah Jeddah Expressway, mixing new villas, flats and apartment blocks. The expressway sends engine grease and dust to homes near it, and shared apartment buildings have common entrances and stairwells that need clearing before the flat itself is touched.
Neighbouring buildings share common entrances, and the nearby expressway sends grease and dust that enters the stairs and flats. For the method itself, see what house cleaning involves.
Makkah Jeddah Expressway faces some flats and villas directly. Constant vehicle traffic sends engine grease and exhaust into the air. This grease settles on walls, windows and exterior surfaces, and enters the stairs and shared entrances.
Neighbouring flats share entrances and stairwells, and dust and grease from the road accumulate on them. Real cleaning starts here before reaching the flat itself. Stairs and corridors need separate sweeping and wiping.
Villas and flats in Al Jawharah are relatively new, and paint and surfaces have not hardened yet. Cleaning must be careful: we do not use harsh products on soft new paint or fresh surfaces.
A district in south Jeddah beside the Makkah Jeddah Expressway, bordering Al Ajawid, Prince Fawaz South and Al Sanabel, with mixed housing ranging from villas to apartment blocks and a sports stadium.
Dust and grease from the expressway settle on ceilings, high corners and entrance walls, so we start from above and clean entrances first.
Bathrooms in new flats are relatively clean, but humidity from the road may leave marks, so we use products safe on new paint.
Kitchen surfaces in new flats are usually clean, but expressway grease may drift in through windows. We clean them carefully to avoid damaging paint.
Floors in new flats are swept carefully because ceramic or marble may be fresh. Then mopped with a safe product.
Windows and glass may show greasy marks from the expressway. We wipe them with a gentle grease-removal product, then ordinary glass cleaner.
Touch points on handles are cleaned of dust and grease, and bins are emptied before we leave.
Before anything, we go through each room, note what matters to you, and flag anything that is out of scope.
High shelves, ledges, and frames before lower surfaces.
Counters, cabinet fronts, and appliance exteriors are degreased while the floor is still untouched.
Product goes on the tiles, toilet, and shower and is left to work while we clean elsewhere, then scrubbed.
Grit is vacuumed up before any water touches the floor, because mopping over grit drags it around and scratches.
We go through the home with you before the team packs up.

Vacuums, degreasers, and supplies come with the team.
You approve the number at the walk-through.
If a room needs a repair or a different service rather than a clean, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Work in Al Jawharah is organised by each flat's distance from Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium and University of Jeddah. We access via the Makkah Jeddah Expressway and schedule visits based on each home's position relative to these landmarks.
We provide these in Al Jawharah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
