The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Hindawiyah is an old quarter beside Jeddah Islamic Port, dating from the nineteenth century, with high density and over two hundred shops stacked below aging apartment blocks. Bathrooms are small, tight and shared among many residents. Port humidity and sea air bring salt and mould, and old pipework leaves rust and slow leaks.
Bathrooms in the old blocks here are tiny and windowless, humidity is trapped and mould is constant, and salt from the port and sea settles on every wall. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
The port and sea are very close. Salt laden sea air enters the old buildings, walls trap salt and stay damp for ever. Grout is black from salt and mould together, and fabrics stiffen from salt.
The buildings are from the 1800s and the pipes are older still. Rust colours the water red and stains the basins, leaks behind walls dampen the plaster and feed mould, and metallic pipe sounds point to damaged lines.
Stacked flats in Al Hindawiyah mean tiny bathrooms with no windows or tiny extraction grilles. Air does not move, humidity stays trapped for ever, and mould grows fast and returns fast after cleaning.
The district sits by Jeddah Islamic Port on Port Street, divided by Al Dhahab Street into a waterfront section and a popular inland quarter, with well over two hundred shops and traditional markets.
Floors are very old and worn smooth, terrazzo or tiles from the 1960s. We test with a very mild product.
Old taps carry heavy rust and salt. We soak and clean gently, we do not scrub.
Grout is black from salt and mould. We work deep and dry well but damp may return mould.
Mirrors and old glass carry a layer of salt and white mould. We use a mild product.
Toilet and basin are very old and layered. We need to work with extreme care.
Floor drain is narrow and smells very bad. We clear it of sediment, salt and mould.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
We reach Al Hindawiyah via Port Street and the traditional quarters around Zawiyat Al Hunud Mosque, where flats stack above the shops and traditional markets. We know the narrow streets and passages that connect homes to the main road.
We provide these in Al Hindawiyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
