The gear reaches the scale
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.

Al Asaliyah is a small locality in the outer south-eastern edge of Jeddah, amid light industrial activity and heavy freight routes. Bathrooms here face a different type of contamination. Diesel soot from trucks clings to surfaces and windows, coastal humidity mixes with it to form thick oily deposits, and rust and mould coexist. Cleaning a bathroom in Al Asaliyah means removing soot before scale, and managing oil and moisture deposits together.
Black diesel soot coats outer windows and curtains rapidly, and coastal humidity traps it on every surface. For the method itself, see what bathroom cleaning involves.
Heavy trucks on nearby roads send black smoke laden with oil particles. This mixes with coastal humidity to form a thick oily film on glass and metal that resists removal.
Most homes here are older with plain cement or basic ceramic floors. Soot builds in them, and water carries black dust. Cleaning these floors takes patience.
Damp air mixed with soot creates perfect conditions for rapid mould. Grout and corners blacken fast, and stale oily smells blend with the odour of damp.
A small locality in the outer south-eastern part of Jeddah, combining light residential development with open land along the corridor toward Bahrah and Makkah. The surrounds mix heavy freight routes and light industrial activity.
Old surfaces here: cement, cheap ceramic, plain marble. All have absorbed soot for years.
Soot needs longer soaking than scale, and a product made for oils and fuel.
Black grout from soot and mould together needs careful work as old tile is delicate.
Glass and mirrors are coated in oily soot, and we clean with a specialised product.
Toilet and basin have soot settled on them, so deep cleaning inside and out is essential.
Drain may hold deposits of oil and soot, so we clean it from inside with extra care.
We open the room, take everything off the ledges and shelves, and lift loose hair from the drains before any water or chemical goes down.
Scale on glass, taps and the shower head is not scrubbed off cold.
The joints are treated and scrubbed along the line, top to bottom, because film sits in the porous grout and a flat wipe never enters it.
The bowl, the base joint and the floor trap are done as one stage, since this is where odour lives.
What the products loosened is lifted off, and everything is rinsed downward so nothing dirty settles back onto a cleaned surface.
The damp low corners are dried so nothing feeds mould again, then we walk the room with you.
The locality sits on the Jeddah Makkah Expressway and Al Jumum Road, near the Bahrah Health Center and the Khayyat Red Brick Factory, with access to homes here via narrow roads alongside industrial activity.
Proper descalers, matched to each surface, are what move mineral off glass and out of grout.
We send a team, not a single person.
Where scale has already etched the glass or mould has stained the grout for good, we tell you at the inspection.
Nothing is called done until you have walked the room and said so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave until you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Asaliyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
