We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Wadi Mareekh, now called Al Taysir, is a newly developing district witnessing active construction of new residential and commercial schemes. Cement dust covers everything, and new tile floors may need special care from trapped sand. A yacht here faces an unusual pressure: moisture from fresh-dug ground and thick cement dust. Cleaning it needs careful timing: after a building phase ends or before moving in. The map shows Wadi Mareekh neighboured by Al Jamiah to the north and Wadi Qaws to the south, with Al Taysir Park a landmark guiding access.
Fine construction dust enters cabins even though windows and doors are sealed, and settling on fabrics gives them a grey cast within days of cleaning. For the method itself, see our yacht cleaning service in detail.
Cement dust is fine and alkaline, clogging pores in wood and fibreglass and leaving a thick layer. Removing it needs a mild alkaline solvent, not just water.
Fresh-dug earth and active building raise humidity throughout the district. Cabins absorb this moisture quickly and mildew starts fast.
Streets and entrances may be closed for work, or heavy machinery may block routes. Coordination with contractors becomes necessary.
Wadi Mareekh sits on Palestine Street and the King Abdullah Feeder Road, actively developing with new residential and commercial schemes, exposing the yacht to construction dust and moisture from ongoing building work.
Fresh water rinsing must be preceded by a mild alkaline solvent to clear cement dust from building work.
Fibreglass needs protection from fine cement dust, cleaned carefully with a balanced solvent.
Cabins need very aggressive ventilation because construction moisture enters quickly and stays.
The galley accumulates fine dust that needs careful soaking and soft brush scrubbing to clear.
The washroom needs cleaning from moisture, cement dust and mineral deposits all together.
Fabrics absorb fine dust and moisture quickly during the building phase, needing frequent washing.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
Newly developing district means the yacht faces temporary pressure from cement dust and construction-phase moisture, so cleaning needs smart timing and coordination with different building stages.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Wadi Mareekh too, and more than one can share a single visit.
