We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Sulaimaniyah East is a mixed residential district close to the Haramain rail station and commercial streets along King Abdullah Road, retaining older city character mixed with gradual renovation. Yachts moored here encounter salt and dust from the old city alongside cooking fumes and shop vapours rising from street level.
Streets here are narrow and tangled with mixed commercial use, and dust and humidity levels tend to be heavier than in purely residential neighbourhoods further from the old city centre. For the method itself, see what yacht cleaning involves.
Al Sulaimaniyah East streets are tight and winding, with marinas mixed among shops and parked cars. Advance coordination with residents and shopkeepers is essential, sometimes involving delivery from a side route or working at fixed hours when congestion is lowest.
Ground floor outlets pump oils and smoke into the air around the moorings. Yachts close to these sources accumulate musty odours and oily film on surfaces that requires specialist degreasing wash cycles.
Narrow lanes close to the coast hold high humidity between buildings. Cabin air grows stale with trapped kitchen and street smells, and stored cushions develop mildew fast if not dried thoroughly after washing.
The district overlooks Haramain Road with intermingled shops, apartments and villas; rainwater drainage is poor on narrow internal streets, and traffic tends toward heavy congestion during business hours.
Salt here blends with greases and dust from street sources, so fresh water rinsing requires additional phases to lift oily residue and prevent re-staining as surfaces dry.
Teak in this environment collects fine black dust from streets and restaurant vents, needing more vigorous scrubbing and longer rinsing cycles than in cleaner residential areas.
Cabins trap stale air thick with street and kitchen odours, and require forceful ventilation, thorough drying, and sometimes multiple rinse cycles to clear embedded smells.
The galley carries absorbed cooking oils and smoke more heavily than in clean air areas, needing specialised degreasing and follow-up treatment to remove all oily film.
Onboard washrooms suffer from high persistent humidity and heavy limescale from standing water in narrow street drainage, requiring vigorous scrubbing and complete moisture removal.
Seating and cushions absorb cooking oil and smoke quickly, needing frequent washing and storage in dry spaces away from street humidity and lingering airborne residues.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means continuous overlap of homes with shops and narrow congested streets. Yachts face salt, greases and dust simultaneously from multiple sources, requiring complex wash routines and doubled protective measures for all surfaces and textiles.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Sulaimaniyah East too, and more than one can share a single visit.
