We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Rayyan is an apartment district east Jeddah between the air base bridge and Al Kawthar, away from the sea and coastal humidity. Dust here is coarse and pale from the desert and ring roads, and its wide streets sit over open drainage excavations still being completed, which means extra dust from ongoing work. A yacht here needs cleaning from dust and sand, not from sea salt.
Dust is coarse and pale from the desert and open excavations, completely different from fine sea dust or coastal salt. For the method itself, see our guide to yacht cleaning.
Open streets with drainage excavations bring extra coarse dust. This dust mixes with moisture from the wells and pits and makes a damp rough layer. Sweeping and scrubbing together are necessary.
Al Rayyan is away from the sea, so humidity is low but desert and excavation dust is very high. Cleaning is easier than on the coast but sweeping is essential before water.
Wide streets let strong winds blow dust from excavations and adjacent areas. Cleaning may take longer than in closed neighbourhoods.
An apartment district east of the fast road between the air base bridge and Al Kawthar, apartment blocks and residential schemes, wide streets with incomplete drainage excavations.
Exterior surfaces gather excavation and desert dust together, sweeping first is essential before water.
Teak decking is far from sea salt but coarse dust may scratch it, sweeping protects it.
Cabins absorb excavation moisture but less than the sea, natural ventilation is usually enough.
The galley is away from salt, dust may settle on metal, and cleaning and drying are sufficient.
The washroom is away from sea humidity, natural ventilation is adequate.
Seating and soft furnishings are relatively clean from moisture, natural drying is usually enough.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Al Rayyan is defined by the Air Base Bridge on its west side and the large Al Thuraya Scheme that covers most of the district. The Al Sultan Scheme sits on the other side, and the location between the two schemes makes reaching any mooring straightforward.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rayyan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
