We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Rawasi is a quiet residential district in east Jeddah, set far from the sea and main trucking roads, but the air here is drier and the dust is coarser and paler. A yacht berthed here faces different problems: coarse desert dust that scratches surfaces, moisture that deposits when day and night temperatures swing, and fine sand that enters through every opening. Cleaning here treats both dry dust and internal moisture accumulation together.
The dust is fine yet coarse at once, holding tiny sand grains that scratch paint and fibreglass if not washed quickly. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
Al Rawasi sits far from the sea and coastal moisture, but dry air carries coarse desert dust from the nearby hills and valleys, settling on deck and scratching surfaces if not swept before mopping.
Wind carries extremely fine sand that infiltrates even closed cabins, accumulating under mattresses and seating and in dark corners where it is hardest to remove.
Dry daytime air turns very cold at night, so fine moisture deposits on surfaces and glass, leaving pale white spots and a grey film on bathroom basins.
A quiet residential district in east Jeddah within the city's built up extension, close to the hills and valley belt of east Jeddah, relatively newer residential streets with simple residential character.
Exterior washing needs gently warmed water to dissolve moisture and salt, with soft brushing because coarse dust scratches.
Teak dries very fast in the dry air and can crack, so maintain air circulation and apply a specialist protective oil.
Cabins need near-daily sand cleaning, with strong ventilation after washing.
The galley needs repeated washing because light moisture leaves a grey film on metal.
The bathroom needs strong drying for nightly moisture, and hatches should be opened to the dry air.
Furnishings pick up sand easily, so clean gently and air-dry them in the dry open air.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
The mixed character in east Jeddah means the yacht sits in a residential area where coarse dust and dry air are the main enemies, completely different from coastal humidity. Priority is protecting surfaces from scratching and cabins from accumulated nightly moisture.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Rawasi too, and more than one can share a single visit.
