We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Barakah is a new development subdivision in south Jeddah, bisected by Al Lith Road into two halves poorly linked to each other. Villas stand on newly subdivided plots among expanses of open land. Internal streets remain unpaved in places and street lighting is incomplete. Yachts here face builder dust and weak drainage humidity, far from the coast but close to heavy goods traffic routes.
Wide open land stirs up dust readily with any motion or wind, and incomplete roads make access complicated in scattered locations. For the method itself, see our yacht cleaning service in detail.
Al Barakah is surrounded by large undeveloped plots. Strong winds kick up dense dust from bare earth that reaches moorings and furnishings. Yachts need protection from dust and cleaning after windy days to restore cleanliness.
Several neighbourhood streets lack surfacing, and loose gravel and sand produce heavy dust clouds with traffic. Yachts need weekly cleaning minimum and deep rinsing to stay clear.
Al Lith Road is busy with heavy goods trucks that release smoke and diesel soot. The district section nearest the road carries diesel odour and a black soot film on all surfaces.
The district lies in south Jeddah along Al Lith Road between Al Rahmah and Al Masarrah and Al Fadeelah, with modern villas on new plots and several internal streets still unsurfaced.
Vacant land dust is fine but dense, and fresh water rinsing needs strong pressure and extended time to remove all particles.
Teak and fibreglass here carry more dust than in developed neighbourhoods, needing vigorous scrubbing and deep rinsing cycles.
Cabins trap both high humidity and suspended dust together, requiring very forceful ventilation, comprehensive drying, and repeated cleaning throughout.
The galley may carry diesel soot from the nearby busy Al Lith Road, needing specialist cleaning to remove airborne oils.
Onboard washrooms suffer high persistent humidity and poor external drainage, requiring powerful drying and mould-inhibiting treatment.
Seating and cushions absorb both humidity and dust rapidly, needing frequent washing cycles and storage in completely dry locations away from dust sources.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Al Lith Road divides the district and links it to neighbouring areas, and the Ring Road offers an alternative access route. Moorings sit on one side of the thoroughfare, and scheduling must account for heavy truck traffic, dust generation and diesel soot patterns.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Barakah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
