We clean it where it is berthed
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.

Al Adl is a mixed district, shops at ground level with homes above them, between Old Makkah Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway. The berths here sit between heavy trucks and the sea. The yacht faces black heavy diesel soot mixed with sea salt, dust from bridge and maintenance workshops, and high coastal humidity that causes fast mildew.
The soot here is heavier and more oily than in north Jeddah. The team sees a black film on every exterior surface. Cleaning needs stronger materials and more time than in quiet neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see the full yacht cleaning page.
The berths sit between the Makkah Expressway and busy commercial axes. Heavy trucks pass very close to the berth and black soot covers the yacht. The soot is sticky and oily, and fresh water alone will not remove it. It needs strong cleaning materials and careful scrubbing.
The sea is close and the air is very humid. Humidity mixes with soot and creates a sticky layer that is hard to remove. Cabins absorb humidity and soot together, and mildew grows very fast here.
Old low-rise houses around the berth have plain cement floors that leak moisture. Bathrooms and kitchens hold humidity and soot together. Floors soil quickly from soot and moisture and are hard to clean.
A mixed-use zone between the expressway and the sea, dense commercial axes with shops and workshops, heavy trucks passing regularly, and coastal air saturated with grease from constant commercial traffic.
Fresh water rinse removes some salt, but soot needs scrubbing and care to remove without scratching teak and fiberglass surfaces.
Teak and timber are under pressure from soot and humidity together. Complete drying is needed to stop swelling and cracking.
Cabins absorb soot and humidity fast together. Strong ventilation and continuous drying are needed to prevent mildew.
The galley faces high humidity and grease from outside kitchen fumes. Cleaning needs strong materials and drying after is essential.
The washroom suffers from severe moisture and advanced mildew. Cleaning and drying are needed to stop repeated smell and mildew.
Soft furnishings catch heavy soot and moisture causes stubborn musty smell. Repeated washing, drying and continuous ventilation are essential.
Before anything is wiped, the whole exterior is rinsed to soften and float off the salt.
Cabin top, then the sides, then the deck.
The textured areas worked with a brush to lift salt and sunscreen out of the grip, where a rinse leaves it behind.
Windows and windshields cleaned and dried so the mineral spots do not just reappear as the water evaporates.
Cabins, galley and heads wiped and floors cleaned, with hatches open and air moving to pull the damp smell out rather than seal it in.
We walk the deck and cabins with you before we step off.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Shops and workshops below the flats mean constant activity, noise and pollutants. The team works while trucks pass and new soot arrives. Rinse and complete drying must happen fast before the next soot load.
The work is done at the marina, deck and cabins both.
The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than one worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is gelcoat polishing or teak work rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not step off before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl too, and more than one can share a single visit.
