We treat indoors and outdoors as one job
A chalet is judged at the pool deck as much as the living room.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal strip far north of Jeddah city, where chalets sit surrounded by water and humidity. Salt air settles on every surface, and sea smell clings to fabrics and furnishings. Damp accelerates damage to outdoor furniture and curtains, and the air carries a persistence that indoor districts do not. The clean here must work against forces that arrive daily from the water.
Humidity here runs year-round, salt enters every gap and opening, and outdoor furniture oxidises fast if not cleaned on a regular cycle. For the method itself, see the full chalet cleaning page.
Glass and windows carry a faint salt film that builds up quickly. Outdoor fabrics and curtains absorb salt and stiffen. Metal fixtures and fittings oxidise without constant attention. This salt burden does not exist in districts far from the coast. It is not optional work; it is the baseline here.
Damp air creeps under floors, into carpets and furnishings, and mould appears quickly in bathrooms and dark corners. Fabrics carry a musty smell that does not lift with fresh air alone; it needs active cleaning. Bedding and soft furnishings absorb the salt smell and hold it.
Salt in roof tank water leaves white chalky rings on floor tiles much faster than inland areas. Even tap water spray leaves white metallic deposits on porcelain and marble within hours, not days. This rhythm forces cleaning cycles that differ completely from interior districts.
A coastal stretch on the Red Sea with a shallow winding bay edged by coral reefs, holding the Lakes City complex, public beaches and parks, reached from Al Haramain Road or from Obhur to the south.
The kitchen heats fast here from sun and coastal damp, and cooking fats stick to walls and ceilings more readily than in inland areas.
Bathrooms are mould and moisture hotspots, and many older chalets here lack adequate air extraction or cross-ventilation.
The pool surround holds constant moisture and salt air deposits, making surfaces slippery and hazardous fast.
Floors are marble or porcelain, and salt in sprinkler water leaves white residue much faster than inland locations.
Bedrooms near the shore collect salt on windows and curtains, and mould may appear in dark corners and window seals.
Waste removal here needs to be fast, as humidity accelerates decomposition and odour builds quicker than inland.

Corners, fixtures and high shelves, then down to tables and railings.
The wet rooms where grime builds.
Swept then washed, working from the far room toward the door and out onto the patio, so clean areas are not crossed again.
Seating, deck and the space around the water.
We walk the chalet with you before we leave.

The company runs a large workforce, and we send a team rather than a single worker.
Machines and materials arrive with the team, not rented and not borrowed.
If what you need is pool service or a repair rather than cleaning, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
