We know builder's dust
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.

Al Rehab is a large mixed district: shops at street level with apartments above them, and villas scattered between the blocks. The challenge here is not sea salt but fine industrial dust from two major roads that run through it constantly. King Abdullah Road and Al Arbaeen Street carry heavy daily traffic, and that traffic produces fine industrial dust, not construction grit.
Apartments above shops need separate floor treatment from the flat itself because the concrete floor of the shop below collects sand and oil residue that rises upward. For the method itself, see how we approach post-construction cleaning.
King Abdullah Road and Al Arbaeen Street carry continuous truck and car movement, producing fine industrial dust and light diesel soot. The dust is not construction sand but fine particles that cling easily and leave grey film on white surfaces, carrying road odour with it. It travels further and penetrates deeper than building dust because it is smaller and oilier.
Al Rehab is neither a pure villa district nor a pure apartment block. The mix means that cleaning an apartment above a shop differs from cleaning a villa with a garden. The flat above a shop needs odour and dampness treatment from below, whilst a villa needs garden boundary cleaning and gravel removal.
The district serves a large population of residents, students and workers, and daily movement brings dust and sand to every entrance and forecourt. Shared areas and internal roads need heavier cleaning than purely residential zones because foot traffic is constant.
The location between two busy main roads means daily fine industrial dust, and sand entering constantly from street level. The mixed composition of apartment blocks, villas and shops means different cleaning protocols for different sections of the district.
Fine industrial dust clings to high surfaces and spreads horizontally easily, so we work top to bottom focusing on upper corners and walls before tackling floors to prevent resettlement.
Cement and plaster remnants mix with industrial dust, so we use solutions that remove soot first, then scrape solid residue carefully without scratching new surfaces.
Glass and ceramic hold a thin film of oily industrial dust, so we use gentle degreasers then rinse carefully to prevent residue streaks or clouding.
Paint spatter on smooth surfaces mixes with industrial dust, requiring a gentle cleaner first and multiple rinses with clean water to clear every layer of deposit.
Stickers and adhesives on windows are harder here because oily dust weakens adhesion unevenly, so we soften carefully and remove residue with specialist solvents without scraping.
Ceramic and marble floors need complete drying to prevent industrial dust re-settling as moisture evaporates, then we apply light protection against dust re-accumulation.
We start at the ceiling, vents and the tops of everything, then work down.
The fine powder is vacuumed and dry-collected first.
Windows, mirrors and the sliding tracks are cleared of grit and sticker residue before the wet stage, so nothing muddy is dragged across them later.
Grout haze, paint spots and adhesive are worked off tile, stone and fixtures with the method each surface can take, tested before we commit to it.
Every closed space is opened and cleared, because that is where settled dust hides until you reach for a plate months later.
Floors are washed only after all the dust above has come down, then we walk the home with you and anything you point to is redone before we leave.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district means the apartment above a shop is not the same as a villa with a garden, and a flat in a block is not the same as a detached house.
This is not a heavier version of a normal clean.
The company runs a large crew and we send a team, not a single cleaner.
The vacuums and materials come with the team, not rented on the day.
If a paint spot or cured cement mark cannot come off without risking the surface, we tell you at the inspection rather than damaging it to look busy.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have walked the home and told us what you think.
Al Rehab extends along King Abdullah Road from north to south, with the University of Jeddah campus in the middle. Work here depends on knowing how to enter the district from King Abdullah Road and navigate between scattered villas and blocks, with the University of Jeddah marking the division between commercial and residential zones and helping identify which sections need different cleaning approaches.
We provide these in Al Rehab too, and more than one can share a single visit.
