We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Wafa is a small compact mixed district of shops and simple old housing in east Jeddah near University of Jeddah Road. Coarse dust from nearby open ground and humidity drifting from the nearby coast combine with ground-floor shops to create an unusual environment: ideal for insects that tolerate both moisture and dust simultaneously.
Dust and moisture together create an unusual insect environment, damper than inland districts yet dustier than coastal zones. For the method itself, see what pest control involves.
East Jeddah has open ground nearby and winds bring coarse dust, and humidity from the nearby coast creates a blend of dust and damp. This mixture attracts insects that tolerate both wet and dry conditions.
Shops and old residential buildings contain many gaps and deep cracks, and moisture penetrates these voids. Insects live easily in this mixed old environment with abundant shelter.
Humidity from the nearby sea penetrates the walls of older buildings and works into foundation issues. Insects shelter in the damp zones and voids.
Small simple residential district within Taibah sub-municipality in east Jeddah near University of Jeddah Road and stadium, shops and flats mixed together, older character, open ground nearby.
Al Wafa is mixed with dust and moisture together, and insects are mixed species, so we identify the main type and environmental factors first.
Insects enter from shops, old gaps and coastal moisture, so we trace these mixed pathways.
Gaps and cracks in older buildings need deep treatment and moisture expands them, so we seal with appropriate materials.
Drains and coastal humidity create habitat, so moisture treatment and ventilation are essential.
Baits are placed on mixed insect routes, in old gaps and in damp zones.
Follow-up tracks moisture and season, as insects increase when dust and humidity combine.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed layout means your flat sits above or beside a shop, and dust and moisture together attract insects here. This means your treatment focuses on old gaps, external defence and coordination with the ground-floor shop if possible.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Wafa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
