We treat the source, not the sighting
Spraying what walks across the floor is the common mistake we're called in to fix.

Al Muzayria is a newly developing district in north Jeddah within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah extension that is still being built out. The area is surrounded by active building sites and large vacant plots, and ground disturbance and exposed earth release enormous numbers of insects from below the surface. Newly occupied homes receive waves of wild insects, requiring strong preventive treatment before pests establish themselves indoors.
Ground works and active construction discharge insects from the deep soil layers in massive numbers. Newly built and newly occupied homes become an attraction point for all these insects, and waves arrive gradually throughout the first year of occupation. For the method itself, see what pest control involves.
Al Muzayria is ringed by active construction sites and vacant land under development. Ground disturbance, exposed earth and heavy machinery drive insects up from the deep soil layers in enormous numbers. These pests migrate toward the new homes searching for water, food and shelter. Waves continue throughout the construction and development season.
The newly developing district has incomplete streets and unfinished paving, so dirt and excess moisture create an ideal insect environment. Earthen streets carry insects toward homes easily, and loose unpaved ground increases insect movement below the surface.
Newly built homes in Al Muzayria have no established garden or stable surrounding environment. Gaps around foundations, doors and windows are new and sharp-edged, and have not yet experienced a full cycle of settling and environmental maturation. Pests enter easily, and there is no natural barrier to stop them.
The district sits within the newer Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions north of Jeddah, where land and facilities are still undergoing development. Streets are new and construction is ongoing everywhere, with vacant plots surrounding the district on all sides.
Identifying pest species in Al Muzayria is challenging initially because incoming waves are diverse. We inspect the entire new home interior and exterior, all boundaries and foundation lines.
We trace pests from construction sites and vacant land into the home through ground, cracks and foundation openings. The source is entirely external to the building.
Fresh cracks and openings around new foundations, doors and windows need strong treatment from day one. A new villa is untested, so early protection is essential.
Moisture from unpaved streets and surrounding land gathers around foundations and external gaps. We treat these areas with strong materials designed for long duration.
Bait is placed along foundation lines and external boundaries and around the entire home from day one, because external pressure is extremely high.
Follow-up is weekly to bi-weekly initially. We inspect the villa, boundaries, foundations and surrounding streets, and move or reapply bait as needed.
Droppings, damage and where they appear tell us the pest and roughly where it's nesting.
Gaps around pipes, thresholds and vents are the supply line.
Product goes into voids, cracks and the runways they use, not the open floor.
In the spaces spray can't reach, bait does the work, carried back to reach the nest and the ones that never surface.
Closing the easy entry points turns a constant re-supply into a closed problem, so the treatment isn't fighting a fresh wave every week.
Before leaving we walk the home with you and show you what was treated.
New development: ongoing construction and vacant plots between the homes
A newly developing district faces waves of wild insects from construction and vacant land. Each new home is a direct target for these waves, but its isolation means it can be protected if preventive treatment starts early.

The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
Ants, cockroaches and rodents each need different products and placements.
If what you have is a one-off that doesn't need treating, or a structural issue for a builder, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we show you what was treated, and we stand behind it within the agreed cover.
Access to Al Muzayria runs via the main roads Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road. Abhor Mall nearby provides a local reference point, and work depends on accurate knowledge of construction sites and vacant plots surrounding each property.
We provide these in Al Muzayria too, and more than one can share a single visit.
