We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Quwaizah is one of Jeddah's oldest districts, a mixed area with shops at street level and homes above them, lying beneath Wadi Al Qaws, which was the first area hit by Jeddah's famous 2009 flood. The old homes here may hide moisture in the foundations, aged weakened pipes and mould in corners where water rises slowly from below.
Floors in the old flats are often plain cement or tile darkened by soot and damp. A musty smell in cabinets and corners points to previous or active mould and water ingress. For the method itself, see what move-in and move-out cleaning involves.
The district is old and copper and iron pipes have accumulated very thick lime scale. Taps may not open fully and water may flow weakly. Cleaning must remove scale from taps without stressing the weak pipes. Each fitting is checked carefully for weakness before heavy methods are used.
The flat sits below Wadi Al Qaws and flood moisture is embedded in the foundations. There may be a current leak from the neighbour or from the pipes. Mould starts in low corners and in bathrooms. Cleaning must find mould marks, not just hide them with fresh smell.
The district is mixed with shops at ground level, possibly repair workshops or food preparation. Soot and oil rise from the unit below into your flat. Floors and curtains hold a greasy layer and smell. Cleaning must remove soot from surfaces and fabrics.
The district faces a valley and the flood history means moisture is often an ongoing problem. The buildings are old and their pipes are old, thick lime scale has accumulated. Shared infrastructure means a neighbour's leak may be affecting your flat.
Old cabinets in Quwaizah may hold moisture and mould in corners. Cleaning inside and out removes the musty smell. Shelves must be inspected for water marks.
The old kitchen has taps with thick scale and deep cabinets that collect moisture. Aged pipes may not tolerate harsh pressure. Cleaning needs special care.
The bathroom may show mould in corners and cracks between tiles. Musty smell and moisture marks are obvious. Deep cleaning removes all traces of previous water ingress.
Floors may be old terrazzo or tile darkened by damp and soot. Cleaning removes the black layer but the surface itself may bear marks. Corners may retain moisture.
Windows and tracks may be temperamental from age and moisture. Cleaning removes deep grime. Tracks may not move smoothly even after cleaning.
Doors, switches and light fittings may look worn from age. Switches may be stiff from grime. Light fittings may hold thick moisture and dust accumulation.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Quwaizah sits below Wadi Al Qaws in the hills and valley belt east of Jeddah. Work reaches the district from Umm Al Salm Sub-Municipality toward the old neighbourhood. The location below Mareekh Mountains means the team is familiar with valley moisture and difficult terrain.
We provide these in Quwaizah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
