We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Tadamun is an administratively defined residential district in the inland stretch of south Jeddah, east of Al Khumrah on Al Lith Road. Villas here are modern with private pools at relatively low residential density. The southern location means exposure to diesel soot and oily dust from the port and industrial zone, and high coastal humidity.
Modern villas with private pools need deep maintenance, and the southern location means soot and humidity affect the home quickly. For the method itself, see our guide to move-in and move-out cleaning.
Al Tadamun villas are modern with private pools and floors of new marble and porcelain. Pools and large courtyards need precise cleaning to remove any dirt or deposits before first use.
Al Tadamun is close to the port and industrial zone, and oily diesel soot clings to everything. Beautiful new floors may darken quickly, and curtains trap soot easily. Cleaning must remove all soot completely before furniture enters.
The southern location means high humidity from the sea, and this moisture penetrates soot deeper into walls and corners. Bathrooms and kitchens may develop mould smell quickly even in new villas.
Al Tadamun sits east of Al Khumrah within the area served by Al Lith Road and the Middle Ring Road, at low residential density with large spaces between the villas.
Cabinets in modern villas trap soot and moisture, and cleaning inside and out must be deep and thorough.
The modern kitchen faces port soot and high humidity, and new appliances need precise cleaning.
The modern bathroom may develop mildew smell from high humidity, and walls and ceiling need specialist treatment.
New marble and porcelain floors show every spot easily, and cleaning must be precise and thorough.
Windows and gutters around the pool and courtyard trap soot and salt, and cleaning must be comprehensive.
Doors, switches and light fittings are new and modern, and need gentle cleaning to preserve their quality.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Al Tadamun lies near Al Lith Road and the Middle Ring Road, extending near Jeddah Islamic Port which sends soot and oily dust to the district. The location between the two roads means good access but constant exposure to humidity and soot from the port.
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.
We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Tadamun too, and more than one can share a single visit.
