We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Rehab is a large mixed district in central Jeddah: villas, apartments and residential blocks alongside University of Jeddah colleges and commercial streets. A flat may sit in a high-rise tower with shared entrances, or be a detached villa. Move-out cleaning focuses on the interior only; shared hallways and lifts are not our responsibility.
The district is densely populated and neighbouring quarters are very close. Dust from main roads and continuous commercial activity enters homes readily through windows and doors. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
Al Rehab is a large mixed area combining villas, flats, apartment buildings and markets. A single home may be in a twenty-storey tower or a detached villa. Cleaning varies by home type, but shared entrances, hallways and lifts fall outside our contract.
King Abdullah Road and other major routes run through the district. Dust from traffic and commercial activity settles on windows, furniture and curtains. An empty home needs repeated cleaning of windows and openings.
Some villas have marble, others in apartment blocks have older tile. Cleaning methods vary by material. Older flats need more care, and new villas need a different kind of attention.

Cupboards in Al Rehab may be in an old flat or a new villa. We open each from inside and out, wipe dust gently and dry thoroughly.
The kitchen may be old in a building or modern in a new villa. We inspect around cookers, ovens, taps and openings, and wipe carefully based on the surface condition.
Bathrooms in old flats may carry heavy scale. We use gentle cleaners that will not damage tile or marble, and new bathrooms get more careful attention.
Floors range from older ceramic tile to new marble to porcelain. We sweep first to remove grit, then wash with warm water. The material determines the cleaner used.
Windows and tracks may feel damp from the humid air of the dense district. We open tracks from inside and out and wipe glass carefully of salt and dust.
Doors, switches and light fittings need wiping inside and out. Switches may be greasy from use and need a gentle cleaner.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed district means the home may be a flat in a tower block with a shared entrance, or a detached villa with its own entry. Shared hallways and lobbies are not our responsibility; building management handles those. Our cleaning focuses only on the interior of the home itself.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Homes in Al Rehab are distributed between King Abdullah Road and Al Arbaeen Street, close to University of Jeddah and close to Prince Majid Road. Work is organised around the home's location and how it is reached from the main streets.
We provide these in Al Rehab too, and more than one can share a single visit.
