We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Noor is a new mixed-use district where apartments sit directly above ground-floor shops and businesses. Street level activity means the units above them draw dust, fumes and traffic pollution throughout the day, making move-in cleaning here a different proposition. Upper floors collect more surface dirt, windows need closer attention, and the gaps behind furniture trap more than in purely residential areas.
Upper storey flats in mixed-use buildings accumulate dust faster than lower ones, and windows and external tracks require repeated washing because street-level activity feeds continuous grime. For the method itself, see our guide to move-in and move-out cleaning.
Ground-floor businesses pump dust and fumes upwards all day long. The apartments above them take all of this on. Open windows and external tracks need deeper cleaning than purely residential districts, and ceilings attract more airborne particles than you would see elsewhere in Jeddah.
The newer flats in Al Noor are precision built, but that leaves narrow gaps behind cabinets and appliances where dust and damp settle. Cleaning these gaps needs different equipment and a different plan from older housing.
Al Iman Park and Abhor Park feed a steady stream of leaves, grass clippings and fine dust into the neighbourhood. Flats and villas close to these open spaces need extra care to clear this debris before furniture goes in.
A district within Obhur Al Shamaliyah in north Jeddah, building started around 2020 with a blend of modern apartments and villas alongside commercial facilities and public parks.
New cabinets and wardrobes in Al Noor need a deep interior wash to clear the fine dust that settles during construction, with exterior surfaces wiped with soft, non-scratching cloths.
Modern kitchens in Al Noor have appliances fitted close together; we clean thoroughly behind and beneath them, and wipe all surfaces with a neutral cleaner that leaves no marks on fresh paint.
New bathrooms rarely have heavy scale buildup, but we clean every corner, drain and tap carefully, and dry all floor areas completely to prevent slipping hazards.
New ceramic floors in Al Noor are swept first to lift grit and fine dust, then wet-mopped and dried with care, with corners worked over with a soft brush to lift trapped debris.
Windows and tracks take longer here because street-level dust from the shops sticks to them; we clean them twice to ensure complete clarity, and internal track grooves get a full wash too.
Doors, switches and light fittings are wiped carefully; handles and switches are cleared of dust and fingermarks, and ceiling fittings are removed and washed where safely possible.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Shops at street level mean homes above need a different clean: external tracks and windows must be washed more often because dirt drifts up from the street, and interior ceilings collect airborne particles from fumes and dust faster than in purely residential areas.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Access to Al Noor runs through or near Abhor Mall, and the team organises from there based on flat location. Many units sit close to Al Iman Park, which shapes where the team stations equipment and how the work day is planned.
We provide these in Al Noor too, and more than one can share a single visit.
