We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Al Ammariyah is an old neighbourhood in central Jeddah around the Eve Cemetery, with older apartment buildings on a tight street grid between Bab Makkah and Makkah Road. Floors are often old terrazzo or aged ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease from the street and ground floor shops. Cleaning an empty home removes accumulated grease, dust and scale from old pipework before cupboards and furniture cover them.
The worn terrazzo floors are slippery from accumulated cooking grease and water, and bathrooms and kitchens carry layers of lime scale built up over years on taps and around drains. For the method itself, see the full move-in and move-out cleaning page.
Terrazzo floors in the old neighbourhood are worn smooth and slippery from decades of use. Cooking grease drifts up from street level and shops and deposits on the floors. This grease creates a slick surface and is difficult to clean. Deep cleaning before furniture arrives removes all grease buildup completely.
Old water pipes and accumulated scale deposits leave rust stains in basins and sinks. Taps and drains carry thick white lime layers. Deep cleaning removes this scale, though it may return quickly if the pipes themselves are ancient.
The busy main road carries constant traffic and fine black dust that clings to curtains and carpets. The old neighbourhood with narrow lanes traps this dust. Cleaning an empty home removes this dust before new carpets and curtains absorb it.
A central Jeddah neighbourhood clustered around Maqbarat Ummina Hawwa, the city's oldest burial ground, sitting between Bab Makkah, Al Kandarah and Makkah Road. Older apartment buildings occupy a tight street grid with commercial units below residential floors.
Old cupboards hold dust and moisture. We open them and clean inside and out carefully, removing all accumulated dust and dampness.
The old kitchen carries cooking grease and dust on surfaces and in corners. We focus on deep cleaning to remove layers of grease buildup.
The old bathroom holds heavy lime scale and possible mould. We remove scale and mould carefully from tile, grout and pipework.
Worn terrazzo floors carry grease and black road dust. We clean multiple times with appropriate products and dry thoroughly.
Old windows and tracks may hold dust and mineral deposits. We clean them carefully as the glass and frames may be fragile.
Old doors, switches and light fittings may carry dust and rust. We clean carefully as metal parts may be corroded or weak.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Ammariyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
