We work empty homes daily
An empty home is a different job from a lived-in one, it exposes everything and lets us reach it.

Abhur North sits on Jeddah's northern coastline where persistent humidity and salt-laden air leave a fine film on glazing and outdoor upholstery, and where spacious windows and manicured courtyards funnel fine sand indoors with every footfall. Cleaning here means removing what only the sea deposits, and seeing what a full-strength team can reveal.
Curtains in the open-plan rooms here trap overnight air-borne salt and fine dust faster than any other district in the city, and daily irrigation leaves chalky scale rings on tile surfaces within days of occupation. For the method itself, see our move-in and move-out cleaning service in detail.
Salt spray from the sea deposits a fine, invisible layer on all windows, outdoor cushions and garden shade fabric. Standard cleaning leaves it behind. We wash glazing with demineralised water and rinse fabrics thoroughly to remove saline deposits completely, restoring their natural feel and colour.
Gardens here are watered daily, and mineral-laden spray dries to white rings on tile and marble. Basic cleaning cannot shift these. We apply a scale-removal method suited to the stone, avoiding the scratches that acid solutions leave on unsealed surfaces.
The coastal air deposits fine particles on every horizontal surface between dusk and dawn. Upholstery, curtains and the tops of built-in storage cannot be vacuumed clean alone. We empty dust from the fibres themselves, not just the surface layer, restoring texture and colour.
The northern seafront on the north bank of Sharm Obhur, lined with modern villas, rest houses and resort properties. Floors are predominantly marble or porcelain, windows run across entire walls, and most homes have a garden or courtyard facing the shoreline.
Outdoor cabinets and garden storage are exposed to salt air and need the interior cleaned of salt residue, fine dust and any early signs of corrosion on hinges and handles.
The kitchen on the coast experiences high humidity, and tap aerators and drain outlets can carry salt deposits and mineral build-up. We disassemble taps where possible and clean the internal passages as well as external surfaces.
Bathrooms in Abhur North are vulnerable to mould growth because of sustained high humidity. We dry all surfaces thoroughly after washing and remove any mould starting in corners or on grout lines before it spreads.
Marble and porcelain floors are first swept clear of the fine sand that enters from courtyards, then washed, rinsed and dried completely so moisture does not leave water marks or patches.
Windows are washed with demineralised water to remove salt film completely, and window tracks are cleaned of sand and debris driven in from the garden.
Doors, light switches and fittings are wiped down of salt film and dust, and high storage surfaces are cleared of the overnight accumulation that settles before dawn.
We go room to room, note the condition, and agree what's dirt to clean versus damage to report.
Ceiling corners, vents, light fixtures, tops of cabinets and doors, dusted before any water touches a surface, so we're not turning that dust into streaks lower down.
Empty is the moment.
Degrease the counters and fronts, then clean the walls and floor where the stove and fridge stood.
Scale on glass and taps and the grout between tiles is broken down, not just wiped over.
Floors come last, after the dust above has settled and been cleared.
Abhur North extends from North Obhur Beach in the south to Jeddah Tower within the Economic City to the north. Access is via Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Street, and the work concentrates on the cluster of villas and rest houses between the waterfront and the main coastal highway.

We send a team, not one person.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team.
At the walk-through we tell you plainly what's cleaned and what's wear the clean can't fix, so you're not surprised at your own handover.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the property and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Abhur North too, and more than one can share a single visit.
