We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Tabah is a newly developed district with ongoing construction and vacant plots scattered between homes. Fine sand enters mattresses here on sandals, and irrigation spray dries to chalky rings before residents even settle in. Deep mattress cleaning reaches the layers where ordinary vacuuming cannot go, extracting what accumulates before the neighbourhood stabilises.
Brand new mattresses in freshly built homes need cleaning sooner than expected, because fine sand and lime scale accumulate rapidly in the first year before the surrounding environment settles. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
In newly developed neighbourhoods, extremely fine sand enters during building and excavation, different from ordinary road dust in that it is finer and more penetrating, working deep into mattress fabric. Mattresses absorb it into the inner layers where ordinary vacuuming cannot reach it, and it must be extracted by a two-stage dry vacuum to avoid pushing it deeper.
In freshly built homes with new gardens and courtyards, sprinkler spray leaves chalky deposits on mattresses before the water even dries. These stains do not yield to vacuuming alone and require targeted chemical treatment matched to the fabric type, so new mattress covering is not damaged by aggressive methods.
New construction leaves high humidity in homes until walls are fully dry, and mattresses absorb this moisture before the house settles. Drying speed differs greatly from established homes, requiring careful water control during cleaning and a longer airing period before the mattress is ready for use again.
The district is served by the Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz Road, with continuous building activity and vacant land between new homes creating shifting conditions around each house.
New and existing mattresses in Tabah's modern homes come in different types from foam to coil, and the cover fabric must be checked for water resistance before cleaning begins.
Fine sand and lime scale need strong two-stage dry vacuum, first across the surface and second on the edges and subsurface layers, without any moisture in this first phase.
Lime stains from irrigation water and construction sand are treated with different products according to type, and fine sand must be handled carefully to avoid driving it deeper with water.
Surface cleaning is followed by deep extraction reaching the bottom edge and under-mattress zones where fine sand collects and settles.
Wet extraction after cleaning is critical in homes still drying out from construction; the team re-extracts twice to ensure no water remains trapped in the core.
Final drying depends on opening windows and ventilation because new homes are still moisture-heavy; mattresses need longer drying than in established homes before they are ready for use.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
In Tabah the team arrives via the main Jeddah Madinah Road serving the district from King Abdulaziz Road, and work takes place in new homes clustered around Al Iman Park, which marks the neighbourhood centre.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Tabah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
