We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Prince Abdulmajeed is an upmarket district in south Jeddah, mixing private villas and larger residences with modern apartment blocks. Mattresses here vary widely in type: villas hold large beds, apartments have newer designs. The neighbourhood is relatively clean but coastal humidity and fine dust penetrate even upmarket homes. Deep cleaning removes what the eye cannot see but the mattress feels.
Large villas in the district hold oversized mattresses that may be imported. Coastal humidity enters the home even when the air conditioning runs, and mattresses need special treatment for this moisture. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Villas typically hold king and queen sized beds, apartments have standard sizes. Each size and fabric cover needs a different method. Upmarket villas may have imported mattresses with special designs that need careful handling.
The coastal environment sends moisture into even the newest and most upmarket homes. Mattresses absorb this humidity despite the air conditioning, and drying after cleaning needs special moisture control.
Villas have gardens and courtyards, and fine dust from landscaping and roads enters through doors and windows. Mattresses on ground floors absorb more than those on upper storeys.
An upmarket district in south Jeddah containing private villas and residences alongside modern apartment buildings, with advanced medical and shopping facilities.
Mattresses in upmarket villas may be imported or domestic, with covers ranging from cotton to synthetic fibres. We inspect each mattress carefully before choosing the method.
Fine dust from the garden needs deep vacuum on both sides. We start from the side facing the door and garden.
Stains here are usually sweat and body oils because upmarket mattresses are used daily. Each stain is treated with a product matched to its type after testing.
Cleaning both sides and edges happens in one step with extraction to speed up drying.
Extracted water is relatively clean. We repeat extraction once or twice to ensure all dirty water is removed.
Coastal humidity is high. We control mattress moisture after wet extraction and recommend additional drying if needed.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a mixed district of villas and upmarket apartments, the mattress may be very expensive or very new. Cleaning must be safe for the investment, with special care for sensitive materials.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Prince Abdulmajeed is served by Al Zahir Hospital and an advanced health centre, and home to Masjid Al Tawbah. Access to homes is organised from these main landmarks, and the work suits the villa's position relative to the health centre or mosque.
We provide these in Prince Abdulmajeed too, and more than one can share a single visit.
