We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Murjan is a small coastal district on the north corniche between King Abdulaziz Road and the sea, west of Al Basatin, with low density villas and apartment buildings facing the waterfront. The coastal location means constant high humidity and salt air year round, and mattresses here absorb salt and moisture and grow heavy and foul smelling much faster than mattresses in inland districts.
Homes on the corniche suffer relentless humidity, and mattresses dry slowly even in hot summer months because salt in the air traps moisture inside the foam. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
The coastal location means salt in every breeze. Salt deposits on glass, metal and fabrics, and penetrates the mattress fabric, making it salty and foul smelling.
Coastal air is always moisture saturated, and the mattress absorbs that moisture and holds it long after cleaning. Drying may take days longer than in inland neighbourhoods.
A coastal home means all furniture and metal fittings rust quickly. A mattress resting on a wooden or metal frame may absorb rust or moisture from the structure itself.
Al Murjan sits directly on the north corniche with King Abdulaziz Road behind it, and homes face the sea on one side and the city on the other. Sea moisture enters the homes easily through open windows.
The coastal mattress may be old with salt deposits accumulated for years. The cover may show white salt stains.
Dry vacuum here needs high power because salt and moisture add weight. We may need stronger suction than standard.
Salt and moisture stains need special chemistry that dissolves salt without heavy wetting.
Deep cleaning targets salt extraction from deep layers, and the seams matter because salt settles there.
Wet extraction must be careful and powerful. We pull water with very high suction because moisture is trapped by the salt.
Sanitising and airing are extended here. The mattress may take full days to dry, and we recommend opening bedroom windows for a full night after cleaning.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
West Jeddah faces the sea along the Corniche, and the flats and towers along it live with salt in the air all year. Salt settles on glass as a haze that plain water spreads rather than removes, and it works into balcony railings, outdoor fabric and the metal of window frames. Indoors, humidity keeps carpets and curtains slightly damp, so they hold odours and dust longer than in drier districts, and bathroom grout and shower glass show scale quickly. Wooden floors and doors swell a little in the wetter months.
We provide these in Al Murjan too, and more than one can share a single visit.
