We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Mahjar is an industrial residential mixed district near the coast and port, where King Faisal Road cuts through with constant heavy truck traffic. Black diesel soot and industrial pollution surround the homes. Mattresses here absorb heavier, darker soot, and sea salt keeps them constantly humid. Deep cleaning needs specialist treatment for soot and salt together.
Mattresses here accumulate a black soot layer faster than inland districts, and coastal humidity makes drying extremely slow. For the method itself, see the full mattress cleaning page.
Heavy trucks on King Faisal Road release very fine black soot. This soot penetrates windows and doors, settling deep in the mattress and clinging to fibres. Over time it builds into a dark oily layer.
Near the coast, air carries salt particles and humidity. The mattress absorbs salt and moisture together. This leaves it constantly damp and drying takes far longer than inland.
The district sits close to the industrial zone and port, and manufacturing and fuel odours fill the air. These heavy odours penetrate the mattress and become part of its smell.
A south Jeddah district cut by King Faisal Road near the port and industrial area, homes sit between heavy truck movement and the sea, with air carrying diesel soot, salt and industrial odours.
Checking the mattress identifies fill type and fabric, as soot may weaken strong fibres over time.
Deep dry vacuum on both sides extracts soot and salt from layers before other treatment.
Soot and salt stains need specialist treatment that does not damage the strongest fibres.
Cleaning at home protects the mattress from additional soot during transport.
Wet extraction pulls out trapped salt and moisture, essential here.
Sanitising and strong extended airing ensure complete removal of odours and salt.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Mahjar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
