We test before we clean
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Baghdadiyah East is an old district just north of Al Balad on Madinah Road, packed with close-built apartment blocks, hotels and shops. Mattresses here face road dust, scale from aged plumbing and street odours. Deep cleaning removes these accumulated pollutants from the inner foam layers.
Dense old quarters hold moisture in their plumbing and walls, and mattresses absorb more moisture than in newer districts and dry more slowly after cleaning. For the method itself, see how we approach mattress cleaning.
Buildings in the district are tightly packed and old pipework carries moisture and mineral deposits from aged water. Mattresses absorb this moisture from below, and deep extraction must treat the plumbing source, not just air humidity.
Madinah Road is a busy artery and fine dust and soot settle on apartment windows. Mattresses in the lower storeys absorb more street contaminants and need deeper cleaning than upper floors.
Hotels and shops nearby send unfamiliar odours into residential buildings. Mattresses trap these smells in the inner foam. Cleaning must remove them from the depth, not just the surface.
An old quarter north of Al Balad on Madinah Road, one of the first districts built outside the old city wall, dense with apartment buildings, hotels and shops, with limited air space between structures.
Old flats may hold mattresses with older covers that can be fragile. We inspect the fabric carefully before choosing between different cleaning methods.
Heavy dust, soot and moisture need deep vacuum on both sides. We start from the side closest to the street.
Old stains may be salt and soot deposits. Each type is treated with a different product, tested on the mattress edge first.
Cleaning both sides and edges happens in one step with extraction to reduce additional moisture.
Extraction water may be discoloured and smell odd. We repeat extraction several times until the water runs clear.
Humidity in old flats is high. We use specialised equipment to control the mattress moisture after wet extraction to remove excess dampness.
A quilted cotton cover, a knitted stretch cover and a synthetic surface do not take the same heat or solution.
Before any water.
A sweat stain is worked differently from a spilled drink or a child's accident.
We loosen what has bonded inside the fibres, by the method that suits the mattress, and lift the residue to the surface, worked across the top, the sides and the underside in turn.
The loosened dirt and water are pulled back out in the same pass.
We go over the mattress with you before the team leaves.
Commercial area: offices, showrooms and small stores
In an old commercial district, the home may be a flat above a shop or office. The mattress absorbs from the street level below (shops and traffic) and from shared walls (odours and noise). Cleaning must address soiling from both sources together.
Testing the solution on a hidden edge is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.
We send a team, not a single worker.
The cleaning and wet-extraction machines come with the team.
If what you have is a bed-bug problem rather than a dirty mattress, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Baghdadiyah East sits on Madinah Road near the Jeddah Governorate Building, both key reference points. The district is organised around these landmarks, and access is planned by the home's position relative to the main road and government building.
We provide these in Al Baghdadiyah East too, and more than one can share a single visit.
