The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Kilo 14 is an area along the Old Makkah Road at the far southeastern edge of Jeddah, combining car repair workshops and a newer industrial complex with a dense, informally built residential quarter. The soot from workshops and trucks is darker and oilier than in purely residential areas, floors darken quickly, and fabrics smell of oil and metal.
Industrial soot is very heavy, leaving a dark layer on every surface on calm windy days, and home furniture needs regular cleaning of oil smell and metallic particles. For the method itself, see our guide to cleaners by the hour.
Car repair workshops and the industrial complex leave thick oily soot carrying tiny metal particles. This soot does not clean with plain water; it needs slightly stronger cleaner and good ventilation.
Cement blackened by metal particles and oils becomes very dark fast, and restoring shine is very hard. Regular cleaning matters more than trying to restore the look.
The nearby sea adds moisture that increases how oily soot sticks to surfaces, and mildew appears fast in bathrooms.

Priorities start with curtains and fabrics because industrial soot smell clings to them fast.
Surfaces need vigorous wiping with slight cleaner to remove oily soot.
The kitchen needs special attention because oily soot accumulates on top of cupboards.
The bathroom needs strong ventilation and regular mildew cleaning.
Floors need thorough sweeping before mopping to remove metal particles and dust.
Tidying is essential to remove traces of oily soot from surfaces before leaving.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
Industrial area: workshops, warehouses and loading yards
An industrial zone mixed with informal housing creates particular challenges: heavy oily soot, floors that darken fast, and industrial smells in fabrics. We focus on removing soot and odours efficiently rather than promising gleaming floors that cannot be restored.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Kilo 14 too, and more than one can share a single visit.
