The list is agreed before the clock
We do not start the timer and improvise.

Al Adl lies in southeast Jeddah between the Old Makkah Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway, with homes sited between the sea and heavy goods routes carrying diesel trucks. The soot is darker and stickier than in the northern parts of the city, and curtains and surfaces need regular cleaning because smoke and oils cling quickly.
The soot here leaves a dark layer on windows and curtains within one or two weeks, and buildup on top of kitchen cupboards is very obvious. For the method itself, see our guide to cleaners by the hour.
Heavy trucks on the Makkah road leave oily soot that sticks to transparent curtains, window frames and flat surfaces. Plain water wiping may not be enough; slightly stronger cleaner may be needed.
The home is close to the sea and air humidity is high, so stored fabrics carry a musty smell even if they feel dry, and bathrooms need stronger ventilation than homes in inland areas.
Plain cement and old ceramic darken where soot is trodden in, and restoring shine takes more effort than cleaning a new floor in a clean neighbourhood.
A mixed district between the Old Makkah Road and the Jeddah Makkah Expressway, with shops at street level, serving hospitals, mosques and busy commercial axes, close to the coast and heavy truck routes.
Priorities start with surfaces and windows because soot builds up on them visibly and fast.
Surfaces need damp wiping with slightly stronger cleaner because soot is oily in nature.
The kitchen needs special attention because soot and oils accumulate on top of cupboards.
The bathroom needs a final wipe with dry cloth because humidity leaves marks on glass and metal.
Floors need thorough sweeping before mopping so soot particles are not dragged across the surface.
Windows and glass are our focus because they are most affected by soot, and cleaning them greatly improves the look of the home.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
A mixed district with shops below flats and villas, and the location between the sea and heavy roads means soot and dampness are the main issue. Surfaces and fabrics need more maintenance than in a clean neighbourhood, and the shared commercial area may affect priorities.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl too, and more than one can share a single visit.
