Al Adl West is the western part of the Al Adl district on the edges of southeast Jeddah, between the Old Makkah Road and the Expressway, with a planned mix of villas and mid rise apartment blocks. The location between the sea and heavy truck routes means darker, stickier diesel soot than in the north of the city, and curtains and windows need regular maintenance.
Oily soot sticks to curtains and windows quickly, and buildup on top of cupboards and surfaces is noticeable every two weeks. For the method itself, see how we approach cleaners by the hour.
Heavy truck routes leave oily soot that does not clean with plain water, clinging to transparent curtains and smooth surfaces. Slightly stronger cleaner or regular fabric washing may be needed.
The nearby sea adds moisture, trucks add soot, so mildew appears in bathrooms fast and stored fabrics smell musty quickly.
Plain cement and old ceramic in low rise housing darken where soot is trodden in, and restoring shine needs vigorous wiping.

Priorities start with windows and surfaces because soot builds up on them visibly and fast.
Surfaces need damp wiping with slightly stronger cleaner because soot is oily in nature.
The kitchen needs special attention because soot and oils accumulate on top of cupboards.
The bathroom needs regular ventilation and mildew cleaning, and a final wipe with dry cloth.
Old floors need thorough sweeping before mopping so soot particles are not dragged across the surface.
Curtains and fabrics need good beating or regular washing because they grow heavy from soot.
We walk the space with you and you tell us what matters.
We start with what you placed at the top.
Within each room we work from higher surfaces down to the floor, so dusting never falls onto a floor we have already done.
If something is taking longer than expected or a new priority appears, we tell you and adjust the order with you rather than deciding for you.
The rate is set before we start.
We go through the agreed list with you before leaving, and anything within it that was missed is put right before the team goes.
We do not start the timer and improvise.
The company runs a large crew, so a defined job can be finished faster with more hands in the same window when your list calls for it.
The materials and equipment come with the team.
If your list is really a deep clean or a specialised job, we say so instead of burning an hourly block on work it is not suited to.

The commitment is straightforward: an agreed list before we start, and no change to the work or the rate without your word.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Adl West too, and more than one can share a single visit.
