We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Ghulail is a district in south Jeddah undergoing complete redevelopment. Its older informal buildings have been cleared entirely and the land is awaiting reconstruction. Kitchens in the remaining older homes have decades of grease buildup, and at the same time construction dust from the ongoing project enters constantly: a mix of cement, steel and sand in the air. Old kitchens receive fresh construction dust daily alongside their heavy grease load. Cleaning here is delicate because homes are in a transitional state and cleaning today means dealing with new dust tomorrow.
Ghulail now sits in transition: old occupied homes stand beside new construction sites. Excavation and mixing and transport dust enters the remaining homes constantly. The air is saturated with cement particles and sand from active building works. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Redevelopment works around Ghulail continuously. Excavation and building and transport happen under the same sky where people live. Cement dust, steel particles and sand blow in under doors and through window gaps. An old kitchen already heavy with years of grease now receives fresh construction dust daily. The composite is very heavy and works deep into surfaces.
Some homes are new or recently refurbished with new ceramic tile, marble, and doors. But beneath the new finishes, construction dust from building phases remains. When cooking starts and air moves, the dust under the floors and walls escapes and settles on kitchen surfaces.
Al Falah Road and Asfan Road mark the boundary. Heavy equipment runs daily. Vibrations shake dust from kitchens. Flats directly beside the project take the worst of the dust load and have the heaviest recontamination rate.
A decades old popular quarter in south Jeddah next to the former quarantine district of Al Mahjar. Its narrow lanes and worn streets suffered from failing drainage and uncollected refuse, and its informal buildings have been cleared entirely under the South Jeddah redevelopment programme, leaving the land awaiting rebuilding.
Cabinets in old remaining homes are very old with decades of grease, now mixed with fresh construction dust. Full cabinet disassembly and deep cleaning may be necessary.
Extractor hoods are old and weak, and completely clogged with dust-grease composite. Replacement rather than cleaning may be more practical.
Ovens and hobs are old. Dust enters through cracks and gaps. Deep internal cleaning is very difficult and results may be limited.
Tiles behind the hob are old in older homes. Cement dust leaves a grey film over everything. Careful gentle cleaning only; damage is possible.
Sink and mixer are old and may be partially blocked by dust. Cleaning is difficult and may be incomplete.
Floors gather construction cement dust constantly. Daily sweeping may be necessary to keep the space usable during the redevelopment phase.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Ghulail sits about 1.5 km from Al Quraiyat and about 2 km from Al Nuzlah Yamaniyah.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Ghulail is bounded by Al Falah Road and Al Mahjar Street, marking the eastern and western edges of the district. The location sits within the active redevelopment zone, and we coordinate access using whichever road boundary is nearest to your building.
We provide these in Ghulail too, and more than one can share a single visit.
