We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Shiraa is a modern northern district close to the corniche in north Jeddah, home to recent villas and apartment buildings. King Abdullah Medical Complex sits at its heart on Prince Abdulmajeed Road and Aabir Al Qarat Street. Kitchens here are glossy and modern with marble and stainless steel surfaces, but proximity to the corniche and the sea raises humidity and salt. Grease sticks harder in high moisture, and salt leaves white rings on windows and tiles behind the hob. Cleaning here demands precision.
Kitchens in Al Shiraa are glossy and modern with expensive surfaces, but high humidity from the sea makes grease stick harder and darken faster than in inland districts. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Al Shiraa holds recent villas and apartments with glossy modern kitchens, marble and stainless steel surfaces, and glossy porcelain floors. Cabinet faces may be glass, mirrors or lacquer. Surfaces are sensitive and expensive and demand special products. Cleaning needs high skill and speed, never force.
Al Shiraa sits very close to the corniche and the sea is immediately adjacent. Humidity is raised year-round and salt is carried on the air. Salt leaves white rings on windows and tiles behind the hob. Grease sticks much harder and faster in high moisture, and the film darkens quicker.
King Abdullah Medical Complex, a large hospital, sits at the centre of the district. The medical centre is high-activity, high-traffic. The district benefits from high residential value but surrounding activity raises dust and movement around kitchens.
Al Shiraa is a modern northern district close to the corniche in north Jeddah, bounded by Prince Abdulmajeed Road to the east and Aabir Al Qarat Street. It sits between North Obhur, Al Amwaj, Al Yaqut and Al Firdaws. Building is recent and construction quality is high.
Glass and mirror cabinet fronts in Al Shiraa are very sensitive to strong products. The degreaser must be pH-neutral and handled with extreme care.
Modern hoods in villas work at high efficiency, but sea moisture may cause white salt deposits on the filter mesh.
Hob and burners are modern and glossy. Cleaning is relatively straightforward but sensitive surfaces need care.
Tiles behind the hob are white or grey and glossy. They may carry white salt deposits from sea-air moisture.
Sink and tap are modern glossy metals, with white salt scale from nearby seawater. The product must remove grease and mineral deposits together.
Porcelain floor is glossy and new. Scrubbing must be gentle to avoid scratching the finish from accumulated salt particles.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Shiraa sits on Prince Abdulmajeed Road and Aabir Al Qarat Street, close to Al Shira District Park and Bajnaid Mosque. The team plans arrival from these main routes and landmarks, noting the proximity of King Abdullah Medical Complex to the north.
We provide these in Al Shiraa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
