We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Manarat is a new district spreading northward with emerging residential projects, and kitchens here face the challenge of ongoing construction: dust from vacant plots and grease from temporary generators settle on every surface. Deep cleaning here starts by assessing the surrounding environment before degreasing.
Grease here mixes with fine construction dust, making removal harder than grease alone, and it leaves a grey film on cabinets and walls that builds quickly. For the method itself, see our kitchen cleaning service in detail.
In a newly developing district, grease does not come alone. Dust from excavations and earth moving mixes with it and cannot be lifted by one product alone. We select a degreaser that breaks down both and removes the dust locked into the sticky layer in separate stages.
Moisture from excavations and construction water around the kitchen causes grease to return faster than in settled areas. Deep cleaning here needs more thorough final drying than kitchens far from active building work.
New villas and apartments hold marble and stainless steel that have never been tested with a degreaser before. We test the product on a small hidden area first to ensure the surface will not be affected by the cleaning.
A residential district within the northern extension of Obhur Al Shamaliyah, land plots at the sale and development stage, connected to Jeddah Madinah Road and King Abdulaziz coastal Road.
Grease here mixes with fine dust from vacant plots, so we use a degreaser first to break it down, then a damp wipe to lift the dust trapped in the sticky layer.
The hood catches both dust and grease together. We remove and wash the filter separately, and clean the inside of the hood body with a degreaser that handles the grease and dust mix.
The oven and hob are new, so we avoid very strong products and test on a hidden area first, especially if the oven body is stainless steel or glass fronted.
The tiles behind the hob are new with tight grout lines that absorb fresh grease easily. We clean the grout with a soft brush and a product safe on new ceramic.
The sink and tap are new, so we degrease the sink and wipe the tap with a damp cloth to avoid damaging the new finish.
The floor is new and may be marble, ceramic or porcelain. We clean it from top down after degreasing, then a final wipe with clean water and dry it.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Manarat sits along the Jeddah Madinah Road stretching north, and lies close to King Abdulaziz coastal Road which connects to Abhor Mall. Reaching kitchens here is straightforward from these main roads.
We provide these in Al Manarat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
