We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Lulu is a small coastal strip facing the Red Sea with villas and new apartment buildings. Most homes have a garden or courtyard, and wide glass doors open onto the water view. Fine sand enters on sandals, and irrigation spray dries to chalky rings on tiles. Sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens the fabric. Curtains in these open plan rooms catch dust that settles overnight. Cleaning here means removing a combination of sand, salt, chalk scale and cooking grease, all at once.
Windows and gardens are larger here than in other Jeddah districts. Fine sand and salt air enter together, and curtains trap coastal dust throughout the night, so soft furnishings are heavier to handle than in inland areas. For the method itself, see what kitchen cleaning involves.
Most homes have a garden or courtyard with garden doors and large windows. Fine sand enters on shoes and settles in corners. Irrigation spray from gardens lands on door frames and tiles, dries to white chalky deposits of dissolved minerals. This combination is different from pure grease: sand scratches if mopped without sweeping first, and chalk scale does not respond to grease degrease alone.
These are modern, open-plan homes with large rooms and fabric that runs wall to wall. Curtains and drapes accumulate what settles at night from the sea air. Salt makes the dust cling tighter to the weave. Cooking grease attracts it further. Curtains here are the heaviest maintenance item, heavier even than the hob.
Close to the shore and the creek, sea air deposits a fine salt film on all external glass and on outdoor upholstery. The salt stiffens and stains fabric. Windows show a haze and need frequent wiping. Outdoor seating fabric needs specialist attention.

Cabinet fronts are usually modern marble or high-grade laminate. Salt and sand accumulate but good quality surfaces clean well. Avoid harsh scrubbing which can dull marble.
Extractor hoods are new and powerful here, but salt in the air clogs filters faster than elsewhere. Monthly filter inspection and replacement every six weeks is standard.
Ovens and hobs are modern and relatively easy to clean. The challenge is that salt makes grease tougher and requires longer dwell time for the degrease to work.
Tiles behind the hob are new and light coloured. White grout shows salt stains and grit easily. Sweep first, then treat with care to avoid scratching new glaze.
Sink and mixer are modern and shiny. Salt air corrosion is slower on new fixtures but steady. Regular drying helps prolong their life.
Floors are marble or porcelain, new and expensive. Irrigation chalk scale shows clearly. Sand must be swept thoroughly before mopping or expensive finishes get scratched.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.
Al Lulu runs along Obhur Road between Al Lulu Park and the seafront resorts and residential clusters. The road is the main thoroughfare and helps us locate buildings, and both landmarks are near residential zones where we work.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Al Lulu too, and more than one can share a single visit.
