We test before we degrease
Testing the solution on a hidden spot is a step we treat as necessary, not optional.

Al Ghadeer is a villa district in north Jeddah near the Red Sea beaches within the Obhur Al Shamaliyah subdivisions, with private plots, large gardens and a boundary wall to every house. Sea air carries faint salt and windows are large, so the open courtyards collect fine sand with every breeze. Floors are marble or porcelain and delicate from salt and sand together. Cleaning must address salt removal before grease removal.
Fine sand and sea salt settle on new marble and porcelain floors before they can be wiped, leaving white rings that plain water cannot dissolve. For the method itself, see how we approach kitchen cleaning.
Al Ghadeer is a villa district with detached homes on private plots and large gardens, so air moves freely and grease does not accumulate as fast as in flats. But the district sits very close to the sea and air carries faint salt and a little soot from nearby roads. The sea means high humidity so grease dries slowly.
Villas are modern and surfaces are glossy marble or porcelain. Fine sand enters with footsteps and air, and sea salt deposits on everything. Both together leave white rings that plain water cannot dissolve. A kitchen with large windows gets all the salt and sand.
Every villa has a large garden and irrigation system. Humidity from irrigation and the nearby sea leaves traces on grease and sediment in the sink. A kitchen opening onto the garden courtyard receives moisture and sprinkler drift carrying salt and sand.

Glossy new cabinet fronts in villas collect salt and light grease, so the product focuses on salt removal and the thin grease layer. Salt treatment must come first.
The hood is new and powerful, but sea salt settles on the filter alongside light grease, so removing salt first makes the job easier.
The hob is new and glossy and barely blackened. It may carry sand or salt from the air more than cooking grease.
Tiles behind the hob are glossy and new, and sea salt rings appear fast if not wiped daily. Cleaning focuses on salt removal before grease.
Sink and tap are new shiny metals, affected more by salt and moisture than by grease, so treatment focuses on salt removal and scale clearing then polishing the metal back to lustre.
New glossy porcelain floors are scratched by grit if swept after mopping, so deep sweeping must come first.
Painted cabinets, laminate, natural stone and stainless steel do not take the same degreaser.
We start high, the tops of cabinets and the hood, and work down to the floor.
The degreaser is put on the heavy areas and given time to break the oil down before it is wiped.
The metal filter carries the worst of the grease and is soaked and worked on its own, not just wiped in place, because a clogged filter puts the oil straight back into the air.
The burners, the tiled splash and the grout lines take focused work, since the grout darkens first and a flat wipe passes over it.
We go over the kitchen with you before the team leaves.

We send a team, not a single worker.
The degreasers and tools come with the team.
If what the kitchen needs is a repair or pest treatment rather than a clean, we say so.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we do not leave before you have seen the result and told us what you think of it.
Al Ghadeer is served by King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Sultan Road. Close to Al Yaqut, Al Gharbiyah and Al Khaleej, and North Corniche Street marks the nearness to the sea.
We provide these in Al Ghadeer too, and more than one can share a single visit.
