We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Petromin is a recently developed south Jeddah neighbourhood directly beside the Jeddah oil refinery, and its gardens lie in the path of wind carrying fine industrial particles. The dust here is different from other districts: lighter in colour and thinner, but it works into everything and leaves a light oily film. Leaves become coated with it quickly, making them heavy and hard to clean, and outdoor surfaces need washing with solutions that handle mineral oils as well as grit.
Industrial dust here has an oily composition and is paler than natural dust, settling on leaves and surfaces rapidly and requiring specialised washing to remove completely. For the method itself, see the full garden cleaning page.
Air from the refinery carries tiny particles with light oily content. This dust is not removed by plain water but requires a solution that breaks down oils without harming surfaces or stripping protective finishes.
Fallen leaves coat rapidly with oily dust, which adds weight and makes them adhere to surfaces. Wet leaves coated with oil become difficult to dislodge without damaging the tile or stone underneath.
The refinery operates year round, so emissions are constant. Cleaning here is not a single event but an ongoing routine requiring regular repetition to keep pace with accumulation.
Petromin is a working-class neighbourhood in south Jeddah directly next to the Jeddah refinery, separated from it by a single main road, which exposes it to continuous air emissions and industrial dust drift.
Leaves here are gathered fast before they become heavy with oily dust, and separated from clean leaves where possible.
Weeds are pulled complete and quickly before dust layers accumulate on them and make removal harder.
Paths and tiles are washed with specialist solution to clear oily deposits and fine industrial dust.
Outdoor seating and furniture are washed carefully to remove oily dust without damaging material or finish.
Around planting beds we clean carefully of industrial dust that adheres lightly to plant foliage.
Waste includes leaves and twigs coated with oily dust, gathered promptly and removed from the area.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
Petromin is served from Al Falah Road which runs south of the neighbourhood and Al Nujoom Roundabout which marks the junction near the refinery, both clear landmarks that help coordinate access.
We provide these in Petromin too, and more than one can share a single visit.
