We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Manar is an ordered mixed district in east Jeddah, with villas and affordable apartments alongside shopping centres and a mall on the edge. Gardens here are larger than old city courtyards but surrounded by commercial activity. Dry dust from open land to the east enters readily, and proximity to shops means constant foot traffic and additional dust.
Leaves dry extremely fast and dust settles quickly, but foot traffic from the shops adds extra dust you would not find in purely residential areas. For the method itself, see what garden cleaning involves.
Dry air from open land carries dust that is coarser and paler than city road dust. It seeps under doors and windows readily and settles on all surfaces overnight.
Better air circulation allows leaves to spread across wide pathways rather than accumulating in corners. Sweeping requires wider coverage to gather everything efficiently.
Movement from nearby shops and customers raises additional dust. Pathways nearest the shops get dirty faster than those farther away from commercial zones.
A planned eastern district with relatively low density near open ground where the air is drier, but nearby shops add commercial activity and movement.
Coarse dust from the east requires dry sweeping before water to prevent pushing it into streaks.
Weeds are less frequent here but need careful extraction in dry ground to avoid soil disturbance.
Wide pathways need comprehensive sweeping because scattered leaves spread horizontally easily.
Outdoor seating needs soft brush contact to avoid scratching new fabrics.
Planted beds need moderate water and protection from direct cold spray in the dry climate.
Debris is collected from a large area with multiple pathways to clear.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
East Jeddah lies furthest from the sea and closest to the open ground and hills beyond the ring roads, so the air is drier and the dust is coarser and paler than on the coast. It comes in under doors and settles on every flat surface overnight, making sofas, mattresses and curtains the heaviest part of the routine. Floors are mostly ceramic tile in the apartment districts and marble in the villa areas, both scratched by grit that is mopped rather than swept. Roof tank water leaves a grey film of sediment in baths and basins.
We provide these in Al Manar too, and more than one can share a single visit.
