We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Huthaifat is a small informally built quarter on Jeddah's southeastern edge, hemmed in by the Old Makkah Road and the expressway, and named after the nearby cemetery. The housing is scattered and unplanned with no regular street grid, and courtyards are tiny with unclear boundaries and narrow access passages. Clearing work here means working in tight chaotic spaces, and agreeing carefully with you on what the job covers and what it does not.
Passages are so narrow that waste removal needs hand carrying, and reaching courtyards may require opening gates and coordinating with neighbouring residents. For the method itself, see our guide to garden cleaning.
Passages and courtyards in Al Huthaifat are too narrow for heavy machinery or large carts. Work is done by hand with lightweight tools only, and removing debris requires hand carrying or small portable bags rather than wheelbarrows.
Courtyards here have no clear perimeter and property lines are not marked accurately. Before starting, we must agree exactly what gets cleared and what does not, and where the work ends.
Courtyards may lie behind other homes or be shared between two properties. We may need to enter through a neighbour's property or wait for access to be opened, so work here is slower than in planned districts.
The quarter is informal housing with no street plan on Jeddah's edge, courtyards and pathways are extremely narrow and poorly defined, and the inner streets are winding and confusing.
Leaves and debris collect in corners and tight passages, and removing them requires care not to scatter soil and dust to neighbouring homes.
Weeds in paved joints and bare earth need careful hand removal, and heavy machinery is unsuitable for these confined spaces.
Narrow pathways and small floors are washed gently, not forcefully, out of respect for the tight passages and adjacent homes.
Any seating or outdoor furniture is cleaned with care because it is likely old and not displayed openly in a prominent location.
Planting areas need protection from strong water and heavy tools, and soil around plant roots is not disturbed.
Waste is hand carried in small bags and removed from tight passages with care so nothing falls on stairs or onto neighbouring properties.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
Al Huthaifat is boxed in by roads close on both sides: the Jeddah Makkah Expressway to the east and the Old Makkah Road to the west, with the quarter trapped between the road edges and Al Huthaifat Cemetery. Access is mainly from the Old Makkah Road, and the inner street pattern is maze like.
We provide these in Al Huthaifat too, and more than one can share a single visit.
