We clear, and we take it away
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.

Al Aziziyah is a dense mixed district in central Jeddah where restaurants, cafes and shops sit below apartment blocks on busy commercial streets. Black soot from main roads enters every courtyard, cooking grease rises from ground floor kitchens to upper floors, and old smooth terrazzo paving holds stains that water alone cannot lift.
Old smooth terrazzo floors from decades past hold cooking grease and black soot longer than porous glazed tile, and heavy water pressure can damage them far more than it cleans. For the method itself, see what garden cleaning involves.
Ground floor restaurants and cafes produce oily vapours that rise through the building. Soot sticks to smooth paving, and plain water cannot break the grease bond. Specialist degreasers and hand scrubbing are needed here, not pressure alone.
Tahliah Street and Makarona Road carry heavy truck traffic constantly. Fine black dust enters courtyards and passages, and smooth paving holds it far longer than textured tile. Dust control here is harder than in quieter districts.
Vintage terrazzo and old ceramic from past decades is thin and sensitive to high pressure. Heavy water forces moisture under the surface layer, causing hidden subsurface saturation and spalling. Pressure here must be very light and carefully controlled.
A densely built quarter in northeast central Jeddah bounded by Tahliah Street and Gharnatah Street, filled with restaurants, cafes, food stores and popular markets with constant commercial traffic and delivery movement.
Debris here is sparse but mixed with shop grease and street soot, gathering needs soft brushes not hard brooms, and waste bags retain odour from grease longer than normal debris.
Weeds in paving joints are rare because restaurant moisture kills them, but fine algae blooms in damp joints; gentle cleaners and soft brushing remove it without harming the terrazzo grain.
Shared passages and old smooth paving demand very gentle water pressure; heavy spray damages vulnerable surfaces more than it cleans; warm water with mild natural cleaners and hand scrubbing work better.
Outdoor seating is rare here but any chairs or benches near ground floor shops need separate degreasing wash away from the passage surface.
Planting beds are extremely rare in shared passages, but any potted plant near shops needs very gentle watering because old paving cannot support standing water.
Greasy and damp waste requires sealed bags with strong ties; grease penetrates thin bags; transport out of the district must be quick because odour develops fast.
We go through it with you first, what's cleared, what's cut back, what stays.
Leaves, twigs and litter across the whole space come first, while everything's dry.
Weeds pulled from the beds and the gaps between pavers, roots lifted where they'll come, so the clearing lasts more than a week.
Growth crowding the paths, walls and fences is cut back to what you agreed and cleared to the waste pile as we go.
With the debris gone, the paving and tiles are swept and washed, the dust film and the dark damp grime in the shaded spots, last so nothing lands back on clean stone.
All the green waste is bagged and taken with us.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
Mixed here means commercial ground floors that produce grease and black soot constantly, while flats above suffer from poor air. Cleaning must balance shop cleanliness with protection of fragile old terrazzo; light pressure and specialist degreasers are essential, not standard pressure washing.
The clearing is half the job; getting the waste off your property is the other half.
We send a team, not one person, so a garden that would eat your whole weekend is cleared in a single visit.
The tools for clearing, cutting back and washing arrive with the team, no hiring, no waiting on gear that's somewhere else.
This is cleaning, not landscaping.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the garden and told us what you think.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Aziziyah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
