Clean first, then disinfect
The common mistake is spraying disinfectant over dirt.

Al Safa is one of Jeddah's oldest northern districts, with apartment buildings housing shops at street level and homes above them. Cooking grease drifts up from the commercial floors below, and fine black dust from Prince Majid Road settles on every surface. Disinfection here starts with deep cleaning before any sanitiser, because grease shields the disinfectant from doing any work at all.
Carpets and curtains here absorb dust from the main roads so quickly that they need washing far more often than in quieter districts before spot disinfection becomes effective. For the method itself, see the full disinfection and sanitisation page.
Grease rises from the restaurants and shops below and settles on every surface. The fine black dust from Prince Majid Road clings to windows, curtains and cupboard tops. Cleaning these away first is not optional: no disinfectant works through them.
Old kitchens and bathrooms here carry years of mineral deposit on every tap and around drains. Bacteria live under these layers. A spray disinfectant cannot penetrate scale: it must be removed mechanically first, then the surface disinfected.
Older block plumbing leaves orange rust stains in wash basins and baths. These rust deposits harbour living bacteria inside them. Mechanical removal comes first, then disinfection of the cleaned surface.
Floors are typically terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth from decades of use. Kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale build up on taps and around drains from the area's water mineral content.
Smooth surfaces here trap and hold cooking grease, and no disinfectant works without mechanical removal of it first.
Light switches, stair rails, door handles and cupboard knobs here carry daily contact marks from residents, workers and visitors passing through the shared building.
Tap handles and basin surrounds sit under mineral scale and rust, and bacteria live inside these deposits where a spray cannot reach them.
In kitchens, work surfaces, refrigerator handles and high cupboard tops accumulate fine black road dust, and cooking grease bonds to it, shielding any disinfectant underneath.
Drains in kitchens and bathrooms hide under mineral buildup and rust, and grout lines between tiles absorb grease and dirt deep enough to need mechanical scrubbing before disinfectant.
After disinfection we open all windows and doors for full ventilation, walk through the home with you to confirm your approval, then leave only when you are satisfied.
A move-in, an illness and an after-party aren't the same job.
Grime and grease shield what's under them.
A disinfectant has to stay wet on the surface to work.
Handles, switches, taps and rails are done by hand because they carry the most and need direct contact that fogging alone doesn't give.
Once the hard surfaces are done, a fine fog reaches the air, the fabrics and the corners a cloth can't, settling over what hand-wiping misses.
We open up and air the rooms, then walk the home with you before leaving.
Mixed district: shops at street level with homes above them
In a mixed district with shops below and homes above, lower floor flats absorb cooking grease and smells from the commercial kitchens directly beneath them, requiring stronger pre cleaning than elsewhere. Timing matters: we do not disinfect a flat whilst the shop below is cooking.
The common mistake is spraying disinfectant over dirt.
The company runs a large crew, and we send a team rather than one person.
The foggers and the products come with the team.
If what you need is deep cleaning or mould work rather than disinfection, we tell you.
Photographs from real jobs carried out by the crew.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've seen the result and had your say on it.
Central Jeddah is the old heart of the city: Al Balad with its coral stone houses, and the dense apartment quarters around it with shops beneath the flats. Floors here are often terrazzo or older ceramic tile, worn smooth and easily stained by cooking grease that drifts up from the street. Older kitchens and bathrooms carry heavy scale on taps and around drains, and pipework in the older blocks leaves rust marks in basins. Rugs and curtains take on the fine black dust of the main roads, so they need washing more often than elsewhere.
We provide these in Al Safa too, and more than one can share a single visit.
