We clean for the layer you don't see
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.

Khaleej Salman is a coastal stretch on the Red Sea where high humidity and salt air deposit themselves on everything, year after year. Villas and chalets here need deep cleaning that works differently than homes inland, because salt penetrates glass, fabric and marble, and fine sand walks in from gardens and courtyards with every footstep, trapped under furniture and in curtain seams.
The humidity here makes white mineral deposits on glass and windows thicker and far more stubborn than elsewhere, and sea air leaves salt residue on fabric that does not fully dry between high-humidity nights. For the method itself, see what deep cleaning involves.
Sea air deposits a fine salt layer on every window and on cushion fabric, curtains and outdoor seating. This will not wipe away with normal cleaning and leaves surfaces looking milky and opaque. Outdoor fabric becomes stiff and fragile, and the salt blocks light from reaching into rooms.
Garden irrigation spray dries to stubborn chalky rings on tile and marble in courtyards and pathways, and fine sand enters from outside doors and embeds in layers beneath furniture and inside curtain folds where it is out of sight until it works free onto surfaces.
High humidity drawn from the sea gathers in small sealed bathrooms and laundries, leaving musty odour and dark mould in corners, behind pipes and on white scale on old taps. The air does not dry naturally here as it does inland.
The area is coastal, built around a shallow winding bay with coral reefs, where homes have open gardens and courtyards directly exposed to uninterrupted salt-laden sea air.
The kitchen here sits open to sea humidity and salt air, so grease mixes with salt deposits on work surfaces and appliances, forming a stubborn compound layer.
White scale from hard water and sea salt coats every tap, pipe and the floor around them in thick deposits that bond chemically to the surface.
High surfaces like tall cabinets and ceiling fans catch fine sand lifted by salt-laden wind and hold it in layers that ordinary dusting misses.
Behind heavy furniture, layers of sand, salt and dust accumulate, especially in open courtyards and external passageways where wind deposits material daily.
Windows, glass and drain tracks are covered in fine salt film, and gutters and gullies hold sand and mineral deposits from hard water and sea spray.
Doors, switches and handles corrode quickly from salt and humidity, and accumulated salt makes them stiff and difficult to move smoothly.
Every home has rooms that need it more.
Ceiling corners, fans, vents, cabinet and door tops, dusted before water touches anything, so we aren't turning dust into streaks on the surfaces below.
Counters, fronts, the tops above the cabinets and the hood.
Scale on glass and taps and in the grout is dissolved, not scrubbed dry and hoped over.
Skirting, switches, frames and edges, plus the floor and walls behind furniture we can safely move.
Floors come last, after the dust above has been cleared.
Khaleej Salman sits about 8.5 km from Al Shati Al Thahabi and about 11 km from Al Zumurrud.

We send a team, not one person, so a whole home is done in one visit instead of a job that drags across days.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team, no waiting because a tool is at another customer's home.
If a stain is set or grout needs replacing rather than cleaning, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the home and told us what you think.
North Jeddah is largely newer villa districts and compounds around Obhur and inland from it. Homes here tend to have marble or porcelain floors, large windows and a garden or courtyard, so the routine is set by what comes in from outside: fine sand carried on sandals, and sprinkler spray that dries to a chalky ring on tiles. Near the creek and the coast, sea air leaves a faint salt film on glass and on outdoor cushions, which stiffens fabric. Curtains and upholstery in these open plan rooms catch the dust that settles overnight.
We provide these in Khaleej Salman too, and more than one can share a single visit.
