We clean for the layer you don't see
Deep cleaning is about the tops, edges, grout and behinds, the places a routine clean is not meant to reach.

Al Masarrah is a quiet residential subdivision in south Jeddah, set back somewhat from the coast, with villas and undeveloped residential plots side by side. Air here is lighter than near the port, but gulf humidity remains, and dust is paler than the neighbourhoods closer to the industrial zone. Deep cleaning here combines the lighter challenges of new construction with persistent coastal moisture.
Dust is paler than near the port, and coastal humidity causes slower mould growth in bathrooms than on the shore itself but faster than in interior neighbourhoods. For the method itself, see how we approach deep cleaning.
Al Masarrah is set back from the port and industrial city, so dust here is paler and soot less heavy than the neighbourhood directly next to major roads. However, open air from vacant plots surrounding the villas allows dust to enter easily, and furniture and curtains need regular cleaning.
South Jeddah is near the gulf, and humidity remains in the air constantly even where the district is set back from the shore. This moisture causes mould in bathrooms, dark corners and sealed cupboards. Musty smell is less intense than near the coast itself but is present.
Extensive vacant land around the villas creates strong natural ventilation, and air moves freely carrying dust and moisture into homes. Slow building in the district means this exposure may continue for years. Deep cleaning must account for this continuous exposure.

Cooking grease accumulates on high surfaces, and light humidity makes it less sticky than near the coast.
Lime scale from irrigation appears in bathrooms and kitchens, and mould from moisture develops slowly on mouldings.
Paler dust settles on high shelves and curtains, and removal is relatively easy but needs repetition.
Under furniture, paler dust accumulates at a moderate rate, and moving pieces releases trapped dust.
Windows and tracks suffer light dust and mineral deposits, and cleaning is easier than near the port.
Doors, switches and edges retain light moisture and paler dust, and metals are less exposed to corrosion.
Every home has rooms that need it more.
Ceiling corners, fans, vents, cabinet and door tops, dusted before water touches anything, so we aren't turning dust into streaks on the surfaces below.
Counters, fronts, the tops above the cabinets and the hood.
Scale on glass and taps and in the grout is dissolved, not scrubbed dry and hoped over.
Skirting, switches, frames and edges, plus the floor and walls behind furniture we can safely move.
Floors come last, after the dust above has been cleared.

We send a team, not one person, so a whole home is done in one visit instead of a job that drags across days.
Degreasers, descalers and machines arrive with the team, no waiting because a tool is at another customer's home.
If a stain is set or grout needs replacing rather than cleaning, we tell you.

The commitment is simple enough to actually keep: we don't leave until you've walked the home and told us what you think.
South Jeddah runs from the port and the industrial city down towards Al Khumrah, and homes here sit between the sea and the heavy goods roads. The dust is darker and oilier than in the north, a mix of diesel soot and workshop grit, and it clings to net curtains, window sills and the tops of kitchen cupboards. Floors in the older low rise housing are often plain cement or ceramic tile that darkens where soot is walked in. Humidity from the coast adds mildew in bathrooms and a musty smell in stored fabrics.
We provide these in Al Masarrah too, and more than one can share a single visit.
